The worst food ever!
They are serving 4 types of plain pasta everyday, 2 times a day. The food that isn’t consumed at lunch will be used again at dinner. They will just add some cheese on top and serve it again. The salat bar with corn and peas is from a can. Furthermore, there is no sign at the food, so you have to ask everytime of what kind of meat they are serving. They use cheap products that can be mass-produced. Below all standard for a 4.5 star hotel Don’t expect to much when you enjoy the all-inclusive program. They they sell themselves with the snack bar, but the snack is the uneaten fruit from lunch. Drinks?
Diluted round of liquid, made with cheap liqueur with fruit color. Don’t need to say more, go have a look yourself. Rooms and cleaning is good

Does not show that they want to go the extra mile to help you.

Great boutique style hotel. Not so big but space enough for everybody to maintain all activities not disturbing one another. Beach vast and many beds. Food excelent and different. Rooms clean and pretty big also. Modern style with Great Great customer service. Guest needs are always understood. Great reception manager and restaurant manager. Highly recommend The place solimar aquamarine!

Staff is mostly unpleasant. Animations close to nil. Menage more than a relative in the rooms. Not even the right to have a bottle of water to take in the room.

Great accomodation. Very friendly staff, food is good. Everything is good! English speaking personnel. We really are enjoying ourselves here. Great time too relax!

Great boutique style hotel with the staff underdtanding the business and having „customer first” attitude.

Good quality air conditioned rooms with own pool. Tasty Greek and continental food in the all-inclusive buffet. Local bus every 15min in to Chania town center from in front of the hotel for 2.20€ one way per person.

Stunning! Best quality of service and facilities! Great manager… and great chef… The resort is perfect for both family or adults vacation… Perfect rooms… nice pools. Perfect food… great staff… Everything was amazing…

Let's start with the advantages:
1) located in a convenient location
2) close to public transport
3) building after renovation, everything looks nice and neat
4) the staff is nice
5) The pool for children and guests is well-solved
Now we will go to less pleasant things. I would tell that this is a hotel I want to come back to in the future and writes this negatives with hope that they will be improved and I will be able to change the rating to 5. Internet in a hotel is a real joke, people nowadays are working online and its clear for me that providing a good quality connection is some kind of basis. Of course, at the reception I was informed that I can buy premium internet, which of course did not work, I tell it to the reception 3 times, with reporting the problem, nobody even sugest return ingof my 20Euro, it's a simple trick and cheat. Cleaning the room also leaves a lot to be desired, you can see that everything is new, but unfortunately the bathtub in room 102, you can see it has not been cleaned properly for a long time, because there are already stains. It's a pity because you can see that the owners put a lot of heart and money to make this hotel look like it looks. You can also attach to the hygiene and appearance of the pool bar area, the refrigerators with the food is stored leave much to be desired, the freezer where the ice cream for children is stored is a monument that should have been change long time ago.

Deserves more than 5 stars. Best hotel i've ever been in greece. Fantastic friendly staff, tasty food, clean rooms, object is brand new, good for kids and newborns. Simply the best.

Beautifull hotel with access to the sea with a short walk. We have spent 7 nights there and it's the best time ever. We are family with 3yrs old son and I must stress that hotel has got the best animator ever. One advice to manegement — Elena is your best asset. Very good nice and effective cleaners and last but not least waiters both in dining hall and roof bar are very polite and trying to make your stay as good as possible. If you think about all inclusive hotel in Crete this is the one you should really go to.

Very good and beautiful view modern architecture pool for large person and Aqua Park for kids.

Very good hotel not a lot to do staff very good had a room with a pool which was large food was the only thing that let it down But along the bottom road there were very good restaurants.

With its lovely views of the ocean and sun umbrellas up, we pulled in for a coffee and a break — alas, there is no provision for a coffee and or a drink outside of meal times. The lady in the dinning room was apologetic but couldn't help. Place appeared clean and tidy — albeit that this was early in the season.

We were there in 2016, before renovation. Hotel is very clean and regularly cleaned up. Private suites with pool are awesome! When Main pool is closed you can calm swim in yours pool, even on midnight (it's worth try :) ) During the eight days of the stay, themed evenings with the cuisine of various regions were organizerd. The hotel has a well-stocked shop with a wide range of assortment.

Lovely room. Big comfy beds. Food tasty and lots of it. Buses outside run regularly to Platanias. Great play area for children. Sadly no entertainment at night.

Fabulous hotel with first class accommodation and facilities. Perfect place to come to if you are looking for total relaxation. Staff are warm and friendly a true example of Cretan hospitality. Would happily return.

Great rooms, mediocre end of season all inclusive food, good all inclusive drinks selection. No evening entertainment, not even music so a little disappointed. Good staff and a nice pool with pool bar and snacks throughout the day.

Very good luxury hotel with good morden facilities large family suites with private pools in some accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality food, good variety for dietary needs a bit repetitive at times. Childrens play club and paddling pool with slides and larger Swimming pool with lots of sun beds and pool bar and lounge area to enjoy the view. Tennise court and almost private beach Perfect for all families types with young children, teenagers, adults and retired people. Brilliant holiday resort.
