I can say the staff very nice.
Hotel only suitable for French or people who still know how to speak English!
We fortunately somehow managed to converse with both French and staff.
They make you feel comfortable, rooms always clean, beach so so but still quiet!
The waiters were very nice, the only thing the food was a bit poor! There are days that you really eat because you have to!
Recommended for families or people who want to stay in total relaxation.

Nice all inclusive. Good value for the money. "Oldish" plain rooms, although quite clean, nice balconies, lovely access to the sea, beach towels, friendly services, reasonably good food (remember in every all inclusive even good food becomes boring after the 4th the day…), and plenty of food n drinks delivery points… Even at the beach. In summary; great for relaxing, doing nothing, breathing, and feeling on holidays, abroad…

The hotel is okay in and of itself. For family it is suitable if you do not expect any animation (as German). The animation is all in French. As a German, you don't enjoy it. In addition, the animation is very late. Some of them take place with meals. As a German-speaking speaker, this hotel can't really recommend anything more if you want more than just pool and beach.

Pleasant hotel, clean, quiet, friendly and smiling staff, everyone speaks French, decent rooms, pretty beach with free sunbeds and bar! Flower yenas, decent meals you eat outside or in! Upon our arrival a welcome cocktail! nice after a plane trip! All shops in front of the hotel, stay unfinished but we are satisfied for now!

Everything is on top, service, rooms, restaurant, waiters, Entertainment Group, beach and so on. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And we'll come back to my husband and me for the third time next year.

Had other hotel booked 4 stars, this one was not finished. Were accommodated in this hotel. Staff very friendly, but furnishing very old, not to feel good. For one woman, it was hard to open the balcony sliding door without injury. (Fingernails)

We went to 3 couples we spent a great week very clean hotel buffet varied and very good very good reception Super entertainment all the staff of the hotel and very helpful very nice and speaks very good French I would recommend this hotel to all you won't regret it.

I really enjoyed this Club and convenient to reach Heraklion by bus.

We are in Crete for the first time, the hotel we like very much we have a nice room on the second floor with side sea views, short distances to the restaurant, pool, beach … perfect! The food is lace it does not constantly repeat everything there it needs and taste almost like at home. A smaller but no less delicious choice on the beach. Discreetly friendly staff could be a bit more open. The only thing we miss is some background music outside the bar, when you end the evening with a cocktail.
Positive to mention are the massages on offer, very professional and relaxing absolutely try out!
For us it was and still is the perfect holiday we would come back and definitely recommend the hotel further.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever been to! The food is really tasty and there is a variety to choose from… there is an option to swim in the pool or in the sea! The rooms are quite nice (depending on the price) and the staff is kind and helpful… I hope you have the same experience as I had.

Hotel is not Recommended. The guests are not taken into Consideration. Staff is sometimes very stubborn. The first night we had a room in the basement next to a Patyraum and from 18h was party with loud noise until after 23:30 pm. Sleeping is not possible. After complaint with the tour guide we got a better room. The food is not particularly tasty and the bathroom furnishings are Flawed.

A slightly older hotel. We had a room at the bottom level. This was not so good, already quite habited and also not quite so clean. In the bathtub was the shower, which was not clean at all. I wouldn't have been able to take a shower. We then complained to the front desk and got a room with a shower. It was also clean from the front. It was nice to have a terrace and to go outside. Nice garden area so you would like to sit down on the terrace for recreation. The staff at the hotel were mostly very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner was very adequate as a buffet. There was something for every taste, from our travel group no one had to suffer hunger. Sulkily people are always there, you can never do it right. Overall a good hotel where you can already have a few nice days, especially since the rooms on the other floors should be better, as we were told by other tour participants.

Clean but quiet and not to mention comfort. (bungalows). The beds are not covered, the whole hotel does not make the impression that it has ever been a 4-star hotel, especially the bungalows leave a very simple impression. It also does not help that the staff is very friendly. It is only possible to recommend this House to someone who does not claim to be comfortable.

Beautiful hotel complex, close to the sea, good transport links the bus stops right in front of the hotel. However, the baths are no longer contemporary. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Service very good, staff courteous; Varied buffet in the evening; In the lobby there is a bar with a good offer. In the spa area there is the possibility of a massage in a pleasant atmosphere (cost 40 euro for 40 minutes). The outdoor area is very appealing with pool and even children's pool and access to the hotel's beach. The grounds are well maintained.

The 4-star hotel is located in the village of Gazi, about 10km west of Iraklion, right on the beach and just off the thoroughfare. The area of the guest rooms is facing the sea, but without any view of the same. This is due, on the one hand, to the only single-storey design of the main tract and the bungalow units, and, on the other hand, to the extensive park-like gardens, which rises a bit towards the sea side. Street noise doesn't penetrate until here. There is a pool and a spa area with daily changing offers. The beverage prices are moderate, the service is friendly and fast.
The rooms are kept simple, bathtub with shower, toilet, TV with German prgrams (but rumpled), small refrigerator, no safe. Valuables can be deposited at reception for a fee. Sockets for charging mobile phones and photo batteries are available (Schuko and three-incat system). Euro plugs fit everywhere. However, the net switches off when you remove the key from the designated magnetic mount on the wall when you leave the room. Tip: Take small ring — or cylinder magnets and use them. Door lock and balcony door locking are of very simple construction.
The adjacent sandy beach is wide, you can hike long distances east — and westward. In the shallow water area there are some treacherous stone slabs.
On the side of the hotel opposite there is a small supermarket, which is also open on Sundays.

We visited the hotel in March 2018. The rooms may not be up to date, but everything is clean. If this is a mistake for you, both the breakfast — and evening buffet make up for it. The friendly staff should also be highlighted.

A somewhat old hotel, but with a nice outdoor complex and friendly staff. The nearby beach is another plus.

The system is well positioned. You have to be good on foot. Food is very good.

The hotel has a beautiful beach and a well-kept grounds. But the room I live in is moldy and very humid. Setting up very easy. No trace of 4 stars. Just not recommended.

Fantastic Hotel staff very helpfull. Rooms immaculate beds so comfortable. Bus service right out side the door no need for taxi first class service. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

The proximity to the beach is a real asset. Shops outside and accessible public transport right in front of the hotel are a plus. Very satisfied with the family holidays.
