I had the chance to visit this hotel 2 weeks ago, and it was wonderful. The location was great, the room was spacious enough for 2 people and the personnel was everything :). Kely (forgive me if I misspell it) was just the sweetest! Super super eager to help us out with everything; she was nice, corteous and very knowledgeable about the area. Zefi had always a smile on her face, and she was very welcoming too. Please give these 2 ladies a raise! Looking forward to visiting you again soon :D!

Clean, comfortable, calm inside and out side and the staff is very attentive and smiling. Confortable bedding. Umbrella Kimon for the rainy days. Very well located in Plaka, close to Monastiraki, Ermou and Syndagma. I advise for your stay in Athens.

It's a great place. Very stylish and at the same time cozy. Spacious bathroom and lovely bed, orthopedic pillows. Our room had a separate terrace. The staff are very welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend it.

The location is very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful; excellent lady who puts a lot of dedication to understand the tourist diversity. The room is fair, modern, with electric jug, fridge, and street with balcony. It features a terrace with tables and chairs. I'd definitely come back.

If you arrive here after the sun sets, it can be difficult to locate as the surroundings seem dark. Only had stairs if you have a heavy luggage. Shower area was small even for an Asian. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, this might be it. Location is alright.

Although it seems like it might be on a sketchy street early in the morning, its actually safely located in a very busy area right next to a huge shopping district, the flea market, and tons of restaurants. It's perfectly located within walking distance to nearly all of the main attractions. Each room has a cell phone for the guests which provides local calls and 4G with Google Maps! The staff is very friendly and willing to make restaurant suggestions.

The location Comfortable and bright room too bad we found a cockroach in the bathroom even though the staff immediately remedied by letting us change rooms. I don't think I'd pick it up again.

Nice Hotel, very nice and bright room, bathroom and room very clean. It lacks a few surfaces to lay out its business and the location of the electrical outlets is not ideal. Excellent location in the city centre, Nice staff and ease of entry/exit. The person at the reception advised us a very good little restaurant (Ergon) a few minutes.

The location was excellent, 7 minutes from the Plaza Syntagma (where you leave and take the bus to the airport), 1 minute from the cathedral and 5-10 minutes from the Acropolis and other monuments you are going to visit. Also, the neighborhood is touristy and safe.
The staff is very friendly, with special mention to the guy at the reception at night, which on our arrival explained in detail everything we visit, where to eat, how to move around the city, etc. Also, they always catered to you with a smile and a lot of kindness.
The room was comfortable, especially the bed, and the bathroom was fine. The hairdryer you could ask for at the front desk and also, they would leave you a phone to make calls for free, connect to the Internet, etc. (although we did not use it).
On the other hand, although it has no elevator, on the third floor have a terrace overlooking the Acropolis, which was beautiful at night.
Finally the value for money is very good so without hesitation, I would repeat in the same hotel.

Very good hotel for travellers. Your price is right. It has a cel with internet to make free national and international calls, you can take it out of the hotel for Internet. It has no breakfast and no elevator. Bathroom and clean linen.

When you arrive maybe you can think that the neighborhood is not very good, however you will see that has a very good location, close to the bus stop for going back to the airport if you are leaving to early (Syntagma square) and a central location to visit any recommended place in Athens. They give you a cellphone for you to carry on with mobile data so you can have access to Internet on your own device all time. It was a good staying.

Good value for money. Great location. Staff very variable in terms of helpfulness/ friendliness with the male night staff being particularly helpful and nice! We had a problem where the bathroom door locked accidentally (the doorknob was a very strange design) and it could not be unlocked from the outside, the main/day reception staff was obviously so angry at us and told us off a bit for this (it was obviously the design of the door that meant that the lock fell down when the door closed and locked the door from the inside without us doing this…) after an hour of two of struggling it was finally fixed. Reception staff who had been sorting this out very annoyed with us and let us know. Super awkward!

Excellent location, very good price.

Nice clean hotel. Convenient walking distance to sight seeing. Near Acropolis syntagma square lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Just a little problem my boys are lying down and my son roll over to a single bed where his dad sleeping and broke the bed. Sorry about that bed are not heavily built. But everything is fine friendly and accommodating staff.

My overall experience with Kimon was quite good. Central location, clean room, nice rooftop area, stable Wi-Fi, great value for money.

I had a paid reservation and showed up at check-in time (2pm), however they gave my room to "someone that walked in". No room for me on a Saturday night in Athens. Very unprofessional.

Little hotel conveniently located.

Located in city center but in not beautiful street. Good employer and receptionist too. We are in 3rd floor without elevator. For the rest it's ok.

Very central. Simple service but fantastic view from the plateau on topp facing Acropolis.

Kimon hotel positively surprised me! high quality, high level of cleanliness, elegance of the enviroment, courtesy and friendliness of the staff. I will definitely return to this hotel if I will come back to Athens.

The rooms were tiny but the location and staff were outstanding. A very enjoyable stay at a very reasonable price. Kudos to the staff for everything.

Stayed here last year. Wonderful place few minutes from Acropolis. Kindly stuff and fantastic view from rooftop. Very good clean rooms. If we''ll back to Athens (and we will :) ) stay only there! :)

We spent our last day of our holiday in Athens at the Kimon hotel. It was the cherry on the cake! The hotel is situated in a popular area with the Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma, House of Parliament, and National Garden all within walking distance but the area is remarkably quiet and clean. Close to some lovely restaurants and the beautiful Byzanthium church of Agios Eleftheros it is a true gem. Staff is friendly and helpful without exception, the rooms are quite spacious with comfortable large beds. The top floor has a family apartment with a rooftop terrace and a view of the Acropolis. The rooms are clean, well kept, tasteful. Very good value for money, I'd recommend it to anybody and would go back any time.

Very good location, all major attractions nearby. Many shops nearby. The hotel has no lift to ascend in the room is pretty steep spiral staircase.
