Enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Athens Greece. Very friendly staff and wonderful food in the restaurant on 7th floor which has excellent view of the city.

An excellent city-base for an Athens business or tourism visit. 300 metres from the new National Gallery. 400 metres from the Athens Concert Hall and 500 metres from 4 excellent museums. Yet a relatively quiet neighbour hood with handy little shops and cafés.

Wonderful hospitality. Breakfast bar was superb!

The staff Are very Friendly, Specious Rooms, Accessible in everything. Food are tasty and Clean.

Clearly booked room with breakfast, the hotel is refuting this, despite being shown a copy of the booking. Reception unwilling to help.

Every time we are in Athens, we stay at the Crowne Plaza because of its great location, excellent staff and comfortable accommodations.

Hotel was nice seemed to be running a skeleton crew. Staff are polite. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, do not try the beef sausage you will regret it. Workout center was small but has all the necessities. About a 30 minute walk from the tourist district of the city and 45 minute walk from the Acropolis.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed it in addition to breakfast accommodation and parking for my car. Hotels in a great location very close to the Metro station to go downtown and to the acropolis.
Large and well-finished rooms but unfortunately sin for cleaning, in the bathroom, where there was other people's hair on the floor. Rather than in the closet but also the lack of attention towards the tidying up of the room, in fact using the ironing table this had been left for the additional days in the middle of the room with the two pillows above, those that furnish the bed to understand us. Breakfast.

Great property. Very comfortable and accommodating. Easy to get anywhere by taxi or subway.

The décor is a little dated and for my taste too gloomy, however clean, comfortable, very rich and really good breakfast, convenient location. I would say nice stay. The restaurant has an international menu, however satisfactory, in any case in the vicinity you can find typical solutions.

I was in the conference room of the hotel as well as in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Everyone very friendly and the food delicious.

I thought the hotel was nice, very disappointed the pool was not open in April being it’s a tourist month. Your staff was amazing and the hotel itself is very nice. I think you would be better off to cater to services for the tourists, you’re not located in the best part of Athens to walk to the Acropolis and other sites or some of the famous places to eat and see in Athens. I think you would benefit based on your location to offer shuttles to the Acropolis and Zeus’s temple and other famous shopping areas. If your goal was to attract business guests than you’re probably fine however I came as a tourist and had to walk through basically a not so nice sidewalk to get to a decent square to get something to eat! I did walk back from the Acropolis after my tour and it was quite a hike I’m in good shape so it was no big deal however if you’re trying to attract older or less fit visitors, then again I think you would benefit from a shuttle service.

It’s a bit older but overall not bad. I would happily stay here again. The Club Room and the attached balcony was quite nice — great place to have a bevy & snack and take it all in. The service was exceptional!

The most lovely space is the executive floor on the top of hotel. Your can drink and eat light meal as you like. And you can go out of the balcony. It's scenery is amazingly nice and quiet. Strongly recommend you here. And the location is quite convenient. Shops around hotel is so local but lovely.

Small room, dirty carpets in the room, good breakfast, no easy free parking around, small gym. Would not recommend.

Stayed there a few years ago, was not impressed by the service. This time, not only excellent, AMAZING! I had packages waiting and lost luggage. They helped with everything and took care of every need. Rooms are quiet, clean, modern, just as good as any nice hotel in North America. Will most definitely stay here next time in Athens. Efxaristo!

Good location, easy access to underground trains. Nice walking to plaka area where are shopping and restaurants are widely available. Clean and quite. Nice and spacious lobby cooperative and kind front desk staff. Thanks.

Great location, excellent and friendly service staff speaking perfect English. AC and heat both worked well as we had both extremes during my visit.

Conveniently located. Very rare to find a hotel with balconies so I like this option here. The staff thrives to give you a best service and are very helpful. The breakfast is poor though for food lovers.

Nice and clean and super close to the metro that will take you everywhere, from the airport to the acropolis, for only 1.5 Euros, or 4.5 for an all day pass (don't take the taxi as it charges up to 50 Euros). Staff is courteous and helpful. If I come back to Athens, this is the place I will stay at.

Good hotel. Central location for the sights of ancient Athens. Staff are great.

Good service, nice pool on the roof and gym. For some reason the non-smoking rooms smell like an ashtray, I had to open the window.

The decor is a bit ott but the best is the breakfast with view to the hill. The swimming pool is very small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at reception. The guy in the Executive Lounge was not too friendly though. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

That's the best hotel of Athens! Big rooms, ideal for families, 'two double bed' rooms available. Luxury hotel and very clean and modern rooms, plenty of services available and the most important: very good relationship between services and price. Highly recommended! We always stay there with my family when we visit Athens.

It's a nice and clean hotel. They give you a bottle of water per day, that's it. If you want more water, you have to buy it. No drinking water for arriving guesses to the lobby.

Good standards, very polite staff, nice room. I would expect ear cotton buds and shoe polisher!

Decoration is modern. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Some places need to be redecorated. Our rooms of medium size. Breakfast a little expensive, but a nearby bakery and Cafe at reasonable prices. Very close to the Olympic Stadium. Will come here again.

Great hotel, stayed there more than a year ago for work. Bar and reception personnel was very friendly and general atmosphere was great. My room was pretty small but I was only there to sleep so it wasn't a worry for me. Breakfast was good.

Here for a conference. The staff were wonderful and the food excellent. Nothing like a beer in the pool after a day of seminars.

Hotel is fine, typical business hotel but really sort out the Wi-Fi, very slow and unreliable.

The parking service requires that you leave your car to be parked by hotel staff and takes about 10-15 minutes to have it retrieved. Plan on this delay if you need to be somewhere at a given time. You also cannot get your car out of the garage between 2am and 6am. As far as food goes, the one meal that I had, the risotto, from room service was terrible.
