Great apartments for stay in Athens. Close to everything. Super clean and safe.

Super friendly staff, and very convenient and comfortable apartments in the heart of Athens, would totally recommend.

We loved staying at this hotel, which we booked last minute. The washroom needs a bit updating but the whole building is in great condition. The staff we met are very nice, Adriana is very nice and helps you with whatever you want. I would not recommend this place if you are in a wheelchair as they have some stairs to climb to get to the elevator. We booked the last room, which came with a kitchen. There are many local cafes and restaurants in the area, as well as access to public transportation. The service is great and the place is very clean.

Big rooms, good daily cleaning and excellently furnished kitchenette, for the few hours we weren't visiting Athens it was good to be there. Plus, it is in an excellent location, near the centre and main attractions in a very safe area yet extremely close to the road that leads out of Athens, which was useful to visit Mycenae et cetera.

Ariadni is a fabulous host! I primarily picked this hotel/B&B for its proximity to downtown Athens and the fact that they had free parking. The place is fairly new so there are still renovations going on, however, for the price, the apartment is spacious and well worth staying at. There are some cleanliness issues, with the floor being not as clean as one would expect, but this can be overlooked. The bathroom is also a little tiny, but then again, we are in Europe! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Please note that the reception is not open 24/7, since it's more of a B&B setup.

Great food and great staff. We had pre planned our other restaurants but had a free evening and didn't want to venture far from the hotel so popped into this place and loved it!

Huge portion, very delicious greek food with a lot of spices. Make sure to drink lots of water. This family-run restaurant has very friendly environment and people. Near to Acropolis too. Price is for locals.

Grose food, high prices, Nasty service. Do not come near, It's a tourist trap.

Friendliest staff ever! We were babysitting our 18 month old grandson who was tired. They cheered him up and played together. He was ready to leave with Zoe. Great food and a wonderful welcome to Athens. We will go again.

We were 5-week honeymoon in Greece. Everything was spectacular. The sights, beaches, people. We found this restaurant by his good score on Tripadvisor. Very good food, service was great, the desserts were delicious and the price is more than fair. We only have words of gratitude for the well that behaved with us. They treated us as if we were his family. Ζωή (Zoe = life), is the daughter of the owners: a wonderful person and giving help to all over the world. Although we already knew where we wanted to go, she advised us to the best places in Greece, above all beach areas less tourist and quieter. His mother is lovely and we cared for as if it were our own. His father is all a Lord and a very warm person. We look forward to return to Greece only to see again them. We'll always be you thankful. If it is not yet clear, Smile is one restaurant more than recommended.
