The property is nice and the day to day staff are nice. Upper management lack customer service and need re-training. They accidentally overcharged me $1600 and it's been over a week of back and forth. They keep telling me the GM hasn't approved the refund. Tried reaching out to front desk manager called David Klu and he tells the agent to tell me he is closed for now and will call me the following day. How do you tell a customer who has been inconvenienced for a week you are closed now and will call back. (By the way, there was no call the following day). Obviously, my business is not important to Marriott. Very disappointed in the GM and his managers. I'm not asking for anything but my money because my card was overcharged. It's a bad reflection on Marriott's brand!

That's a 5star hotel On Mark. Perfect location, very close to the airport and right at the heart of the city centre. Amazing bar and delicious meals. The evenings are bright, well lit and colourful. I just love every piece of this place. But wait a minute, this is actually a place for the deep pockets.

Lovely interior decoration, great service. Only negative thing was we had to wait around for a table although we could see empty tables. I wasn't too impressed with the seafood jollof and the presentation. I always like Marriott wherever I am in the world because you can expect 5* but the presentation of the food was really bad. There was no effort, no garnishing… The waitress was great though, very friendly and helpful.

Located just about than 400m from the Kotoka international airport Marriot Hotel is in a great location for both travellers, business and tourism. Serene atmosphere, great design and comfort. The staff are very nice and friendly. As I always sample and enjoy pools, this one was really good and clean and big enough. The food is good and there is a great bar.

Awesome view, love the swimming pool and smiles on all workers as they warmly welcome u, I'm definitely coming back.

Great ambience, location and food. There is an on demand grill available too which adds to the experience. Only thing is that the isn't much variety with the food compared to the other hotel competitors…

Warm reception by staff, beautiful scenery, well-prepared cuisine, strategic location.

It's in par with their International standards, good outdoor area, nice interiors although at time you feel like you are in a maze! Staff are very friendly, food was decent. Would recommend for those staying in Accra for few days since its close to airport and the city itself.

Great service. Nice atmosphere. Cocktails are decent volumes. Prices are probably a match — it is new afterall.

After the soft opening I met a friend in the lounge. The Red Red burger was delicious. If you don't like black pepper make sure to tell them not to add it to your fries. We will be back next week!
