Very nicely decorated and clean, nice and friendly staff, very tasty breakfast and dinner, great spa and very relaxing massages! If you are looking for peace and relaxing days is just right here!

Very nice and attentive staff, apartment /penthouse apartment with a view of the golf course only recommended (BW-member), good breakfast with sufficient choice (to the "very good " still a few highlights are missing)

The room was really clean and comfortable. We got a free upgrade to the Junior Suite, which was very spacious. Dressing room, living area and balcony were an extra for us. However, the beds were the worst we've ever been in. Located like a hammock. But the breakfast was good, albeit standard. The special thing was missing, but still everything was there. The staff was friendly.
All in all a good stay.

Very quiet, very good to get down. Was a bit disappointed from the breakfast, it's all there, but the little peculiarities were missing. The staff is very polite. Minor damage to the room was immediately repaired. The rooms were very nice and for all (including dogs) is taken care of. The location is very good to look at the island. With 149, — Euro (room) +5, — Euro (parking) +20, — Euro (dog) per night, the price is appropriate.

Again and again a beautiful hotel. Good rooms with great views over the golf course and a great breakfast buffet. We come back regularly and enjoy the time. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff inside the hotel, with good service. Everything was clean and well maintained, the room was a good size. The breakfast was very rich. The only minus point is the service in the restaurant of the golf course behind the hotel, if you are quite high-priced, then the staff there should be able to bring the card within 20 minutes and also for further order within a reasonable time frame to Available.

Got free upgrade to the Junior Suite. Room was large and clean, staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great, only the lawnmowers from the adjacent golf course annoyed a bit. Otherwise, everything top.

Not recommended. Hospitality and service are not at all fair to a 4-star hotel. The restaurant is closed off spontaneously for a private company and the guests are directed to a restaurant 200 m; The fact that one has bought a voucher for several dinners in advance and which had to be used on the evening is obviously no matter to the operators. On request, it is stated that the ticket is also valid in the other restaurant, but unfortunately it is not. As a result, nothing but a big shrug and refund of the purchase price for the coupon (not about the coupon value) — I do not close the contract, so that it can be dissolved at will unilaterally from the hotel again. Also helpless the reaction on another day in the restaurant, where the food — also noticed by other guests — was inedible. There is not a new meal, as would be expected of a 4-star house, but only — unintentionally — some of the drinks on the house…
If you try to comment on this, you will be persistently ignored. Overall, unfortunately, the impression is that the hotel has the attitude: with pensioners it is possible to do it. This is why our hotel booking was a pure surprise.
Not to be recommended, if you are not just looking to get annoyed about the service on holiday — after all, you leave enough money there…

Nice hotel, especially the apartment — house next door. View of the golf course very nice. Are already there the second time. We liked it very much. However, in April we had dreamy sunny weather with summer temperatures. This contributes in addition to a good stay.

Good, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the Hotel. Very clean and well-equipped rooms. However, the staff is a little accommodating or very unfriendly. The guest is not king. It is food intolerances will not be realized and consequently not taken into account. From the kitchen is heard even that one is a rude, angry etc if you let the food go back. A light glance, the restaurant's chef. Nevertheless, for an international chain like Best Western is a weak performance.

A great Hotel in a very quiet location. The car is only a few kilometers to the various seaside resorts (Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, etc. ). The apartments are very modern and clean and have everything you need. The staff was always attentive, friendly and professional. Super Breakfast in a very bright room (with views of the Golf course). The Wellness area leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, a perfect place for a relaxing and cozy day.

We had rooms in the EC, directly at the parking lot… Very uncomfortable. The breakfast was absolutely standard… The bed consisted of two mattresses, which were constantly slipping apart. Clean room and nice staff.

Really nice location and nice staff. Unfortunately, the kitchen does not keep what the offers suggest. From a 3 course menu is then a lukewarm buffet at medium geschmacklichem level. The massages are of different quality. A masseur was very conscientious, the other rather unmotivated. Too bad for the overall picture.

I arrived yesterday with my friend and we find this hotel is simply beautiful, it is all very new and very modern furnishings. We cannot find any flaws in the room either. We have a room overlooking the pool and the golf course and we find the scenery here very nice and at night it is very quiet and pleasant.

Everything is perfect! Class room with small extras — big, clean, modern. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful surroundings. 5-minute drive to the Baltic Sea Beach. 10-minute drive to Poland (market). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The short stay was worth it!

A beautiful hotel! Modern, spacious, clean and very quiet location. The breakfast alone is worth the trip — a large selection, fresh, tasty and always adequately refilled thanks to the very good service staff. The parking fees are a (small) minus point, which will not stop us from being a guest again in the near future for the third time.

The food was very delicate. Our apartment very modern and clean. Unfortunately no steam sauna though indicated. In the dining room it was overheated. Otherwise highly recommended.

It makes you feel good. Even if other reviews are not so nice, you don't have something like that at home. Unless you have staff. You might want to think about that before some of you don't make such a nice review. We stayed the second time here, and would love to come back.

Great Room, very short drive to the beaches. Excellent breakfast buffet with great variety. Great dining available at night as well for a reasonable price (25€ buffet per person).

Beautiful, newly built Hotel. Modern furnished rooms with a terrace and views of the Golf course. A tasty Breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the dinner was on the terrace of the Golf course, that is only a few metres away from the Hotel, is served. Very nice staff. The Imperial baths are just a few miles from Koeswandt away. Ahlbeck 3 km, as well as the Polish market in Swinemunde.
