The sand floe specialties highly recommended. In different sizes the portions, for every hunger something. Very tasty prepared. Cozy ambience, friendly staff. Good value for money. Highly recommended. Gladly 👍👍👍 again.

Everyone who spends time on Nordstrand should have eaten here. Super tasty food, and probably the best crab soup far and wide. Attentive and extremely friendly service.

Many have rated the restaurant as very good. I can only agree with that. Whether sand floe or rump steak, simply excellent.

To the restaurant:
The restaurant is great, there's actually everything you can imagine. The waitress is very nice and the chef understands his profession. Every now and then the boss comes by and has a nice conversation with the guests of the restaurant.
To the inn:
The food at breakfast is nicely structured and plentiful. When you arrive, you get assigned your regular table. The lady who judges breakfast is also quite friendly.
The cleaning power does its job excellently.
The house looks well-groomed.
To stay:
You get a key that's for the inn's room door and garage. There are sufficient bicycles in the garage. These bikes are allowed to take guests for free and put them back in the garage on the day of departure.
When you go out to eat at the restaurant on the last day, you get a little drink or a scoop of ice cream spent.

Very cosy atmosphere, delicious food and nice service. Worth a visit at any time.

Room Langeness was newly renovated and loved us very much.
The possibility to use bicycles free of charge is also positive.

If you don't need a superluxus, you're in the right place in the warm cosy atmosphere. You feel homely and comfortable, especially since the ambience is clean and well-groomed, paired with the friendly staff

I've been to the Hotel-Restaurant England many times as a guest and I'm always there and away. Simply gorgeous rooms, here the attention to detail is right. You immediately feel comfortable. Here you absolutely come to rest after a stressful everyday life. Breakfast and dinner is really a poem and all wishes are fulfilled. Kudos to the chef. The kindness and helpfulness of the hotel owner Andre 'Wilckerling is also particularly noteworthy. I will also enjoy my next holiday again at Hotel England.

Excellent sand floe — an absolute must when staying on the north beach. Friendly service, fast service.

So the sandscholle is recommended. The size of the portions too. But unfortunately 50 min waiting time for 4 menus I personally find really too long. Note that the restaurant was not full. The accommodation is top of the world. I can't complain about that. All in all good. On the second visit, it took less than 10 minutes. So top.

I'm not actually a friend of fish. But on Nordstrand it is always good, and the sand floes in the restaurant England are certainly the best you can make of freshly caught plaice.
Absolutely and unreservedly recommended, even for fish muffles.
