Naughty what's going on!
Booked weeks before arrival and a week before, there is a call that I had rebooked and is now expected two days later. I have not rebooked but have a written order confirmation!
This is the same as for airlines. Overbooking and canceling if not enough is the problem. No evasive quarters or an apology were offered. So not friends! So if you want to avoid short-term disappointments and then booking stress just before the appointment, you should avoid this hotel!
