Unfortunately not good customer service. If an event that takes place at this hotel is cancelled, you could expect goodwill in terms of the room. Because it wasn't me who cancelled this event. So I now had to pay over 90 euros for nothing.

Also highly recommended as a young family. Also had our dog with us. A very big compliment to the nice staff from 07.08 at the reception. Super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. Parking is pleasant and not too cramped. The provided dog basket was also accepted immediately.

We had very nice days in Fulda. The hours in the hotel very nice. Very nice and helpful staff. The food was always very good and very tasty. Thank you very much.

Upon arrival we would be greeted very friendly. The hotel itself is clean, the facilities comfortable and in good condition. In the wellness area there is a swimming pool, which invites you to swim. A sauna is also available and can be used for a fee.
The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant is very cozy. In short, the hotel is also recommended because of the great location.

The castle-shaped hotel is located in a picturesque park. Among the beautiful fountains, flower beds and trees are visitors, tourists and locals.

The breakfast room is very impressive, but difficult when you are in pairs and almost only banquet tables are available! Volunteer staff and beautiful location! Rooms very small and the best time is probably 20 years ago! No air conditioning and mosquitoes in the room! Swimming pool very small and a relic from the 90s!

Been there for a professional meeting with around 300 people. Catering, service, ambiente, location and event-related technical issues were really good.

Big hotel. No elevator going down however. Cute little swimming pool.

The reception may be better. The answer to the question about the parking garage was very laborious.
The complaint to the extractor extractor in the bathroom was recorded but not edited/adjusted.
Attendance at breakfast was sometimes slow, the quality on a morning very badly (the fruit was very gray, the sausage tasted musty)

This hotel in Fulda is no longer in line with Maritim Standard. Tube TV! Bathrooms filthy, not sufficiently cleaned, curtains can hardly be pulled and washed, these, also sometimes again and 18 Euro breakfast extra naja … we were justified with the great view into the castle park ;-)! What is great is the location which is really convincing but the rest, very old and for the price, a pity!
