Old-age hotel in a very nice location. The rooms are mostly renovated and quite large, but bathrooms have little light and are very dark.
The staff very friendly and helpful, there is nothing to do with it
Also a praise to the management, which also takes criticism very seriously and also acts accordingly, which is why I changed my rating positively. Other hotels could take this as an example!

Prima price — Performance ratio. Very nice staff. Excellent cuisine. Everything is always available until the end of the meal time. Were there for the second time and come back. In the swimming pool you should add a few hooks for towels. Three are a bit too if. Otherwise nice swimming pool.

Good location, convenient for trips to Fulda and the Rhön. The hotel complex is located on a slope above ponds. Next door there is a spacious holiday home complex, in which you can already walk. The hotel has a very large indoor swimming pool and a beautiful wellness area. The massages are very good. Difficult but to get free appointments.

Great hotel, located in the countryside (very lonely). Nice staff, clean and large rooms. Food very good and varied. Indoor pool clean and quiet. Highly recommended for an extended weekend. There is a lot you can do in the surrounding area. A visit to Fulda or on the water dome is definitely worth it. With children, there is a beautiful amusement park with a summer toboggan run in Steinau.

Staff, especially Mrs Moch very friendly. Breakfast okay. Dinner has canteen level. Our bathroom in room 506 unreasonable. Parking per day for cars €2. Absolutely unusual.

I was here on a course. The bed is super comfortable, slept well. The rooms are clean though with a bathroom furnishings from the 70s. In general, the whole hotel has the impression that it has come a little over the years. The WLAN always breaks down again. The furnishings in the course room, however, were top.
The staff is very friendly.
To eat: There was always buffet and the very plentiful. The meat was exquisite, the dessert as well, but in the vegetables every day the nutmeg box fell in. Inedible! The hotel itself is located in a quiet area which is very close to the concentration in the course.
Conclusion: Private I would not book the hotel, as for me the price-performance ratio does not fit.

A conference hotel, very nice rooms, technology and climate in the seminar room very good. The gastronomy is a little ' getting used to '. The buffet was plentiful and OK, the beverage offer was also OK. The dining room was closed at 20:00 p. M. Then moved to the bar in the basement. Here there were only bottled beer (dispensing system defective). As some of the seminar participants knew, the dispensing system had been defective for a week. The red wine was fetched from above (downstairs was unpalatable). Then why didn't he bring a couple of tapped beers down?

Great hotel and great service! The rooms are clean and neatly spacious! Location is also great you almost feel like on the country vacation! From the pool, sauna and fitness room everything! Only drawback was the poor Wi-Fi connection in the room… Here I should have put myself on the door to get a good reception…

The location is quiet. There is no through traffic. The rooms are generously furnished and there is a large swimming pool including a sauna.

Very nice hotel, large rooms and great buffet selection. In the surrounding area there are many places you can visit as well as the water dome that you have to see.

So I was there for the 4th time now and the hotel is easing off quite nicely. Zimmer was clean by and large, but the bright part of the carpet already has quite a few stains. The bathroom was small but quite sufficient for me as a traveller alone. However, the joints in the area of the bathtub were black — whether due to age or mold I can't and do not want to judge. In any case, check again! With a rich breakfast buffet you can not understand the currently offered unfortunately and sausage and cheese stacked on towers I have not yet seen on a buffet and despite bakery on the doorstep offering cheap buns from the discount store is for such a hotel also Not a good figurehead. Our room was relatively large and very clean. It gave a balcony with a very nice view and seating options. Great breakfast buffet, and the dinner with culinary 3-course buffet was also great. The swimming pool and sauna were very clean, and appealing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But what we didn't like is the breakfast and eating room. In our room where we sat were four rows of tables built next to each other. It was just way too tight.

Unfortunately, the gardener is obviously overwhelmed, because the outdoor facilities are in no nice and well maintained condition. It seems somewhat neglected from the outside. The whole building, especially the beautiful wood of the balconies, would also have to be reconstructed or painted from the outside.

The hotel is in a very nice location. The rooms are mostly renovated and quite large, bathrooms however have hardly any light and are very dark. In the breakfast room you are "placed", despite the bakery next door there are baked cheap rolls for breakfast. This is an absolute no go!

Huge room, pool, minigolf and a nice buffet located in the countryside 10 minutes from the highway. Modern and new furniture. Cheap stay. The bathroom could use a vent, but the window could be opened.

We are just guests here, and are super happy. The staff and service are top. One mango, the bar not to has. That's too bad, because the entire evening in the restaurant is not so great…

We were 5 days with our 2 grandchildren, in a very nice, large room. Every day has been cleaned. A praise to the room nurses, as well as to the staff in the kitchen and the service. All were very friendly and obliging. The food from the buffet (morning and evening) was excellent, and very diverse.
The swimming pool have as every day here too everything was used, very clean!.
The only drawback is the lack of a lift.!
We were very satisfied and can recommend this hotel very.!

Have spent with 7 grandchildren in age from 11 months to 10 years, my three children, their spouses, brother-in-law and sister-in-law with man — so with 7 children, in July when you a long weekend 10 adults —. We felt comfortable in the big rooms — only the fridge has been missing — in the swimming pool in the morning and in the evening, in the extra-dining-room with very attentive, friendly service and wonderful environment (close to the Wasserkuppe and Fulda). The price-performance ratio is absolutely right, the special arrangements are tempting; We have recommended the Rhön residence and planners to come again sometime.

The room across the street from the restaurant almost uninhabitable due to noisy droning exhaust equipment of large kitchen. Even when the window is closed, it hums from 7: 00 a. M. To 10: 00 at night.

It was a beautiful weekend by the Hotel, relaxing and Krafttankend for the new week. Except for a few little things we were about to be satisfied. The Hotelzimmerwände, arg kahl, a few pictures would make the space more life. All in all, we come very gladly again.

Had a wonderful Specialwochenende. Super kitchen, top Service, great rooms, etc Unfortunately the sauna to be desired, Management intends to but approach the time to look. Price/performance is absolutely true. We will come back again.

At the reception, you are welcomed very friendly. We had a family apartment. In the bedroom, 2 children's beds had plenty of space. The bathroom was with bathtub and nice clean. Also on the balcony, there was plenty of space. The buffet is rich, varied, and Super tasty. For our 2-year old son, a little extra wish was fulfilled once. The newly built terrace was while still not chairs, but certainly is a great seat. The pool area was clean. The new "Spa" is nicely designed. The applications were very pleasant. Conclusion: Great getaway at a great hotel! Way to go.
