+ It is a "lock" (with few new buildings) — rooms are not clean … — plaster falls from the ceiling … — mold in the room (… or what do I know. Have put a picture of this in question) … — Not all ceiling lights … — Hab touched the remote control and it just fell apart (what a surprise) … — bed falls apart. Back part just before collapse (… and this is not the lightest) … — furniture min 35 years old … — winter blankets in summer … — When showering, the water doesn't really drain … — toilet paper roll only had 7 sheets left. The next day my wife left this role empty, was not swapped … — breakfast was worse than in a youth hostel. Gave only one kind of bun (baked up, baked up by the supermarket) and as a side dish not really something … — staff … what staff? At breakfast there was only one woman … and could not speak German …
Additional information: — be careful when getting there. I can't really say what it is … but "potholes" is understated. Have good feathers in the car and a good eye here to get through here in the slalom.
— No elevator exists. But ok, is a castle. Old and in need of renovation …
Now comes the best: — For the whole program here I pay 106€ (! ) the night (including breakfast)

Beautiful ambience, the rooms are quite ok. The breakfast is very bad pity the kitchen was closed during my stay. Outdoor facilities might be a bit more well-groomed, think the season will be the same.

Great hotel! We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back! You can only recommend it! :)

Was on site for a wedding party. Nice ambience, food was good.

My last will … the adventure at the castle. Expense, fun and a lot of good humor, 5 stars, if there was a fixed gastronomy, but actually 5

We came here to do an escape room event. Very beautiful seeting. It must be wonderful to get married there.

Burgmiez was there. Great, highly recommended. Super cuddly. Tastefully delicate in the aftertaste. Miau.

Magical place and very friendly staff. The food was from the region and always pleasent. Amazing 3 *** hotel. Room was great and well cleaned. The only reason it is not getting the 5 stars is: sometimes there was no hot water (either in the morning or in the afternoon, so I had to try everything before going in the shower) and the heat system was a little weak for the winter time. I will recommend.

Service was very accommodating, Rooms clean and cozy, location a bit far out, But you can find.

Unfortunately, on Sunday the Restaurant Times 13 hours are not coordinated with the Concert time 17 h. Too long Waits in between. You could set the Concert 11 h, for example. Every 6 Weeks the Restaurant is on that you could go out to eat there afterwards?

Very nice and large 3 Bed rooms with a large TV had.
The Restaurant evening is very tasty but unfortunately only open from Friday, Saturday — and Sunday evening at the moment.
Breakfast is spartan. There are warm Rolls, but there is something missing from a Scrambled egg.
Little Shortcoming: Shower Water got cold in the middle of it and I had to hurry to cope. You couldn't watch a lot of TV Programs either because of poor Reception.
Otherwise very nice Castle — Ambience.

In the mile of nowhere. Nobady speaking English. Nobody on the reception desk. Oldfashioned rooms, need to be renovated. Cold bathroom. No cosmetics in bathroom.
Only German TV, no even CNN or BBC.
Internet does not exist. In some places the Wi-Fi is available. … This is my first and last stay.

A gem in the Thuringian countryside richly blessed with castles and castles. Considerable work has already been done for the restoration of Beichlingen. The good room (concert hall and registry office first to mention! ) Floor higher, another Renaissance-era space is still waiting for restoration. The painting in the present state still gives an idea of former beauty. In the restaurant, the staff really puts in an effort. While a guest may be waiting for his food, he can look around the rooms, especially in the coat of arms room, where paintings of the noble lords of the castle of yesteryear captivate the viewer and proclaim former pride and greatness.
