Eating very tasty as well as generous portions. In the premises rather noisy and seating (at least my) uncomfortable as well as places somewhat squat … (Table leg eating between the legs). Service was very nice. Were frequently at the table and asked about our well-being, but not intrusive or too often. Food would be brought very quickly although the restaurant was very well filled.

The food (good Vogtland cuisine) was very good and came quickly. Unfortunately, the service seemed very stressed and only superficially friendly. Location is very nice.

When you enter the building, you are in a small hall with a narrow hallway. Unfortunately, there is no indication that you have to go down the aisle to find the right-hand room. Staff rushes past without worrying, only from afar there was on demand a finger show. The order itself was received promptly and friendly. The waiting time for four simple pans of 40 minutes is already somewhat borderline. Maybe it was the visitor rush. But what is not at all is serving the food. There were actually two courts, five minutes later the other two. I wonder, what is it so hard to use a four table at a time? The quality of the food itself was good, but more so not. The times of thick flour sauces and plate edges decorated with spices are actually a few years past. And fresh pork just tastes better than overlaid, it was still edible.
The ambiance otherwise is quaintly beautiful, adapted to the old walls.

Very nice authentic restaurant. We were there twice and ate well. The second time our waiter was not so good at it, he obviously had a bad day, especially to our foreign colleagues.

Only had a single night here. But I can certainly say that it is worthwhile. Though looking like out of the 1700s, the room and bed were spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is modern with a shower. There was tasty breakfast buffet with a good range of food. The restaurant food looked and smelled good and there was plenty of diners that evening. Given the age of the building there are plenty of stairs and a few strange levels. Parking can be difficult in the area.

Great cosy décor with RIGHT fire. Old German food as with grandma. My mates were thrilled — where do you still get sour roast these days? Stuplishes doner are available at every turn.

A very good Restaurant, which we have been happy to visit for Years. Great quaint ambience, nice & professional Service Staff and delicious Food. Even if the Restaurant is fully occupied, the Controls remain friendly and courteous. So far, the Courts have always been top class except for a Visit of dozens so far.

Family-run "tavern" In a well-kept ambience. The Décor and the Rooms (tlw. After Topics) are lovingly furnished.
Of course, the modern one that is common today (e. G. Free WI-FI, large Flat Screens) is available. Very nice Staff, who also like to fulfill Special Requests. In Summer, you can also enjoy pleasant Hours in the Garden.

We were at our Christmas Party at the Restaurant. It was very good all around again. One of the best Restaurants in The Area.

Onion soup was so salty that it was impossible to eat. Staff was kind but very confused. Long waiting time. Main dishes were cold, greasy and tasteless. Not recommending to anyone.

The food is very good, as well as the ambience. Especially in summer the small beer garden is very nice. The operation of some employees but could by from friendly. This individual seem a little overwhelmed by a full house and react very snappishly.

So I was yesterday for my birthday with 2 other people for 1. Been there, and I must honestly say, I am very pleasantly surprised. Ambience, food, and Service really great. Price achievement completely in order. The food has very good taste and if it gets results I'm very happy again. Keep it up.

We had two rooms in the old trading house booked and stayed for several days. Initially, we were thrilled: the Breakfast is very appealing, the rooms are very quaint and cozy and clean and the location is tip top! In the course of time, it was unfortunately a bit weird! Initially we did for the whole week for a Parking lot for 5 euros a night (! ) hired, unfortunately, it usually was occupied when we arrived in the Evening. We asked, of course, in the case of the employees, after which the Whole is, unfortunately, to not care. The good and very fast Internet fell from day 4 completely. The employees responded with a terse "This is sometimes so, is the weather". So that was the theme, then again done. In addition to that, we will be the last night evicted; the heater had to be repaired and we have been told that we this is why for the last night in Best Western reposted. We found the course not optimal, but since the new Hotel just around the corner was, for all I care! But when we got there asked the receptionist the spot that we are the additional costs for the room by himself. I then called immediately in the Old trading house in order to clarify the situation. My wife and I had us a room for two nights at the old trading house reserved. We were very impressed by the beautiful ambiance of the rooms. Old rustic furniture, but definitely not old, a huge bed with good mattresses. Our room was very clean, of a comfortable size and very quiet. The Breakfast was delicious, the buns and the bread is still warm. For the evening we had a table for two people ordered, which on weekends is advisable. My vogtländischer Sauerbraten a poem. The service was quick and very friendly. If we're back in Plauen are, we would definitely stop by there again.

Since my first report is a lot of time has passed, so much has changed. Meanwhile, the Team is super played, even if everything is full, you get his food in a reasonable time.
