Very nice new very clean room, delicious dinner and friendly service. On the outskirts of the village, Prince Pückler Park easy to reach.

The hotel is nicely quiet, the food is great, the rooms are modern and very clean! The staff in particular stand out for their warmth and commitment. Thank you for everything, we'll be back!

Nice but mediocre hotel. Long wait for food, which you would expect in a beer pub rather than in a hotel.
Staff so far fine, but everything is only tough. You're more likely to hear what's not possible and not what's possible.
This assessment is subjective, of course, but I am based on experiences and comparisons of many trips and business trips.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Competent, friendly staff, which is very hard to meet the wishes of the guests. A first-class, priceless kitchen. Including breakfast offers more than minimum.

We travelled through the Lusatia and Mecklenburg Lake District for 1 week and have dined and stayed in different hotels. All the hotels were good, but in the Hotel & Restaurant Castle Fountain We had a double bed room, which is only for an even better meal. But also the dinner and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. The staff were friendly and very keen to offer their guests the best possible stay. We would like to thank the entire team for this luxurious short break and recommend this hotel & restaurant to holidaymakers in this area.

I had a room on the first floor and must say that I was very pleased. The room was modern furnished free internet is available. Definitely recommended.

Sat late at noon still well eaten and well served.

We were in April 2016 for 1Woche you in the hotel, reception very friendly and attentive, which likewise, breakfast well sorted rest service and sufficient, the dinner was class — a praise the cooking! Our comfort rooms big, quiet and bright – – – but the carpet an arge pitfall!

The Hotel was great, clean and friendly. The staff is accommodating and nice. The buffet Breakfast is varied and sufficient, it was also refills. Also the kitchen in the evening left nothing to be desired. The distance to the Park to walk max. 5 minutes. We can the Hotel only recommend it.

We visited on our Oder-Neisse Cycling tour the Hotel Schlossbrunnen for a night, we were very impressed with the friendly reception by the staff, and were with the room very satisfied, it was clean, very nice, enough space. Also, with the extensive Breakfast we were more than satisfied, the Hotel is located at the end of the beautiful Fürst-Pückler-Park and we definitely can recommend it. Reinhold and Sabine Buck.

The food is very good, the prices are not overpriced. The staff is very net and the Hotel rooms are very nice. By and large the Hotel is at the Schlossbrunnen highly recommended.

Small Hotel on the edge of the famous Park in Bad Muskau. The equipment of the room and immediate surroundings are not particularly wonderful but completely ok / sufficient. The location of the hotel is ideal for excursions to Poland, tours to the Oder-Neisse-way and walks in the Muskauer Park. The Breakfast offers everything for a good Start of the day wishes. I was in for a Night to visit in the Hotel. Who online previously, the "comfort" room booked should be careful. Arrived at the Hotel, I noticed that the room is not the description corresponded to. On demand, I was told that all comfort rooms are forgiven and be at the "Check-In" probably forgot to tell me. After all, granted you to me then the normal room rate and there was a round on the house. The room is averagely equipped, the view of a Werksruine convinced less. The Pückler Park is within walking distance easy to reach. Who in the evening in the hotel's restaurant, gets at a manageable show good food at fair prices. All in all this was to stay for a night in order. On the positive side is provided without charge W-LAN in the entire Hotel. In retrospect, I can say that everything is all in front of all the staff the rating to three stars has saved. The staff are very eager, friendly and attentive. In particular was the thing with the wrong room, obviously embarrassed. At Breakfast, the regular nachgelieferten, freshly baked warm Croissants points :).
