Quiet and inexpensive hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to tram station. We were pleased with the accommodation here.

Nice guesthouse with nice staff. Furniture Some colorful jumble of style, but nice big comfy bed, many TV programs. The room was large enough and clean. Parking spaces were available and free of charge. The breakfast was good, there were hot buns, sausage and cheese, jam, Nutella, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal, cornflakes, fresh fruit… Coffee and 2 kinds of juice. A mini bar for all the residents was available in the dining room.
Price-performance was perfect. Thank you!

We stayed for short stays twice already. Our first visit was hardly objectionable, but the second visit unfortunately did not leave a very positive impression on us. The price-performance ratio in itself is right, the accommodation is quite fine for short trips, only the noise from the street and the strong hearing loss of the rooms disturb something. The gentleman at the reception is very accommodating, helpful and takes time for every home guest. Unfortunately, the breakfast looks like counted, who after two little Aufbackbrötchen still feel hunger, is blamed. In spite of enough free places, we should sit down at the table for foreign guests. We haven't experienced anywhere else. The owner is testily and not hospitable at all. It's a pity, because the little time there doesn't really make a lot of fun.

Definitely recommended. Very nice people there and room super clean. Everything you need is available. Great breakfast. We felt comfortable.

Good location and well connected to public transport (exiting the property turning right and continuing straight on you will find the first tram stop, Bypassatela and crossing the intersection to your right you will see the stop of Line 2 that takes you Right in the center, at this stop there is also the vending machine to buy tickets) — breakfast only from 8am to 10am (for us it was a perfect time, but better to know in advance). Payment only in cash (here too, no problem for us, but better know it in advance).

Nice and tidy place to stay in Dresden. Near by tram station. 10 minutes to the city centre.

What needs to be done from the outside. But otherwise: Picco bello clean and well maintained. Very nice host couple and a decent breakfast. What you want. Again and again.
