An excellent wellness hotel!
We are ABSOLUTELY positively surprised and can recommend it 100%!

Ich gebe vorerst 5 Sterne, auch wenn unser Aufenthalt erst zu einem Viertel um ist. Von daher könnte sich noch etwas ändern. Bei Ankunft würden wir fast erschlagen mit Papieren. Aber eigentlich war das gar nicht so schlecht. Wir würden nämlich hintereinander weg über alles Wissenswerte freundlich und professionell informiert. Von daher hatten wir gleich einen positiven Eindruck. Wir erhielten auch gleich unser (kostenpflichtiges) Parkticket für den nahe liegenden Parkplatz inklusive Parkhaus. Den Preis dafür kann ich nur als sehr sehr fair bezeichnen. Für eine Woche sind das 14 Euro (oder 12 Euro… Ich weiß es gerade nicht). An der Ostsee bezahlt man diesen Betrag manchmal für einen halben Tag. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Die ist auch völlig ok. Man gibt vorher einen Zettel ab mit dem Wunschmenü (3 stehen zur Auswahl, davon ein vegetarisches). Es gibt auch eine extra Kinderkarte. Dort vermerkt man auch die vermutliche Essenszeit; entweder zu 17:30 Uhr oder 19:30 Uhr. Neben den Hauptgängen gibt es auch immer ein gutes Extra-Buffet inklusive einer Tagessuppe. Allein davon würde man bereits satt werden… und es schmeckt mir meistens auch. Aber das ist ja auch immer Geschmackssache. Die Bedienung ist auch sehr freundlich, wobei die fließende Kommunikation nicht immer gegeben ist. Aber das ist für mich kein Nachteil. Richtig toll ist bei unserem Arrangement übrigens der kostenfreie Eintritt in die, mit einem Gang verbundene, Therme, inklusive Saunanutzung.

Good hotel with very good spa. All in all, a great value for money as a hotel guest including spa and sauna. We like to come back. However, the large pillow should be completely replaced by the hotel. Tip: The restaurant in the bathroom is the very first cream including super service. I stand on home cooking and this is offered to you in excellent quality and fresh. Keep it up! We will eat there again and are very likely to avoid the à la carte restaurant in the hotel. Although we can't say anything negative about the hotel restaurant.

Very nice hotel … Friendly staff. Very well-kept room, who needs a pillow to skimher should bring his own … Food was equivalent to just 2 stars as part of the half-board. Is definitely worth improvement. I'm talking about professional experience as a chef.

Beautiful wellness hotel with friendly staff and connection through a bathrobe ride to the spa. I spent 3 days there and would have liked to stay a little longer!

Very relaxing, friendly staff, delicious food, relaxing ambience, attractive décor with loving details. Ideal for a short break! We like to come back.

Quietly located.
The room was large enough and clean. The décor is neither new nor modern.
The breakfast buffet is large and balanced.

Nice hotel in a good location. The house is located in a very quiet part of Selva. Right next to the spa at the Kurpark. The spa is reached by a bathrobe.
The hotel room is quite new and modern furnished. The normal double rooms have a decent size and furnishings. The couch in the room is very good because you don't have to squat on the bed all the time. The bathroom is large, bright and very clean. The whole hotel room is well cleaned. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food (in the context of the all inclusive offer is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The foreign employees take great pains to meet the wishes of the guests. Only when serving dinner at dinner looks a bit hectic. But that will certainly be better. The Wi-Fi reception is quite good. You can, however, borrow a WLAN adapter in case of an emergency. Then you have a fast and stable network. The spa is not huge but with therapy, indoor and outdoor pools sufficient. The sauna is also well equipped with six different saunas, plunge pools and outdoor pools. As a hotel guest you can use the bathing area from 7:00 am. This is highly recommended as it is still very quiet. The bathrobes provided by the hotel rooms had better days. There would be a rapid renewal.
The car park is 100 m away from the hotel room and is affordable for 4 € per day. Absolute parking ban in the whole area!

Great place to relax, especially in the spa area. Not the best for business travelling due to the poor internet connection.

Doesn't agree with a 4 star hotel!
Dirty tableware and All Inclusive Achievements misserable! Bathrobe can only be used as a plaster pump.
(Comsery bath shoes have to be bought and not even available ☹️☹️☹️)
An unfriendly service power.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms. I didn't use the spa. I cannot recommend the a la carte restaurant, as the choice was very limited and did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. Maybe it was just a slip, after all.

Very nice Hotel with very tasteful rooms (thanks to the rooms of women), but, unfortunately, the Service leaves very much! to be desired and the room rates, you should think about it once. For a 4 star house the kitchen was not 4 star value, and the choice of food very poor.

Entrance very unfavorable (steps) the entire staff is very friendly.
Starter and breakfast is extra class unfortunately the side dishes at the main course were cold. If you want a good W-Lan connection you do not have to go to the lounge in the rooms possible.
The house is recommended if it is a 4 star house in total?

Very clairvoyant. Breakfast must be paid for extra. The bathrobe are rather scraps … Actually, it's just expensive … The whole hotel seems kind of unclean. The service does not come at breakfast with the tables to clear …

Very good hotel. It's true everything will definitely come back.

Good things at first. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Dont expect to much of the pools, they were also crowded. No general Wi-Fi available! You have to rent a special box to connect!

The hotel is ok, but lacks warmth and a hospitable welcome. No room service, no minibar, no free Wi-Fi in the room, no information about the big thermal spa next door!

All perfect, except two Czech waiters in a coffebar who behavied unprofessionaly — treating us like Poors.

Nice appartment, great food, good service. Do not forget to take the Wi-Fi repeater at the time of arrival! (Some people wrote the hotel has bad Wi-Fi, if you do not read the guest info, you probably connect to only free WLAN spot in the reception, so you will have very bad signal. That is not the way, every repeater has a password and you will have full signal in the room).

It is a surprise, the staff is friendly and accomodating in every department. Rooms very clean and cosy furnishings. Nothing is missing. All lounges without censure. Also the exterior means joy every time on the new swimming pool. Can the absolute recommendation. A return is guaranteed.

Absolutely this hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. We would recommend this House never.
The staff in the dining room and the bar is hopelessly overwhelmed. Only a waiter may collect, while the bar has 14: oo, but a keeper is open usually not on the ground, because this is in the A la carte restaurant to progress. Something is not in such a home.
The coffee at breakfast is almost not edible because much too thin. Tea is free for breakfast, would you drink tea for dinner the Cup that was never well filled costs € 3, 00. Never fresh rolls from the bakery are apparently always TK-ware,. The dishes and salads to the evening buffet are absolutely poorly labeled. You know not what is in the containers.
Also everything is rather heated TK-ware on the fruit. Everything seems very sticky, never crunchy and crispy.
The balcony offers no privacy because it has no partitions to a different room. So, everyone can look in each room. The pillows are absolutely hard and offer no good night's sleep.
Since this House is a wellness and health resort should be 4 stars, I was unfortunately in vain looking for a gym.
And also to the few smokers should finally be thought of. Somewhere but have a cookies is found where you can smoke your Priscilla in the dry. What is currently called smoking Island, is not acceptable.
The price you paid, should be also a parking lot with inclusive. Time it think!
