Great Hotel, very idyllic!

Our compliments! Despite the full house between the years and the considerable amount of work, the service staff, as well as the receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. We can also highly recommend the kitchen team, who spoiled us with the Christmas buffet and the 4 course menu. The sauna after the snow hike and the homemade mulled wine by the crackling fire, warmed body & mind. Thank you for three wonderful holidays!

The hotel is superbly quiet and is ideal for hikers and cyclists, as there are many options in the area. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious and offer everything you need TV, desk, minibar. The bathroom is clean and enough big! The Hotel Restaurant has a delicious cuisine with local ingredients. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

During our recent stay we stayed in redesigned, modern furnished rooms and we felt very comfortable.

Very quiet location, just the right place to relax, also the spa area in the hotel leaves nothing to be desired, staff very friendly, at dinner as well as at breakfast there is no fault! All in all, this was a very nice and relaxing weekend… We will definitely be back!

We spent a few days on cross-country skiing in the beautiful Ore Mountains.
It is situated in an idyllic quiet landscape with a fantastic view.
The rooms have a pleasant size, are practically furnished and very clean. At breakfast there was everything the heart desires. At dinner we were spoiled with culinary delights. The wellness area has several saunas and a relaxing relaxation room. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Even our forgotten things were sent to us from the room. Thank you again.

The Waldhotel is a beautiful place to cross fir with beautiful surroundings and great views of the field and forest. It is barrier-free and has nice friendly staff. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the food that we had for so much money too little on the plate. Otherwise the food was very good and tasty for business.

We stayed two nights at the Waldhotel Kreuzfanne as part of a "Christmas market tour" through the Ore Mountains.
The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Beautiful spacious rooms, very nice attentive friendly staff, good cuisine and a wonderful breakfast with the view over the heights of the Ore Mountains.
From the hotel, all the places and attractions of the region can be reached in short distances.
The Wlan supply in the hotel is very good. We felt very comfortable and like to come back.

It is every Season worth a visit… You will be warmly received. … For questions and problems immediately helped… The food is great something for every palate here… Also the Breakfast room are just awesome… very nice… large and clean. … The Spa area is very good… environment for walking and Discovering… so around satisfied. … more so… we come back.

Again and again, staff and hotel managers are very friendly and always careful to meet the wishes of the guests, even if it is, late,, in the evening. Could not have been thought of as it is quiet, but easily accessible and signposted. The hotel leaves nothing to be desired, ideal for relaxing, hiking, but also partying is enough space outside as inside.

An experience of peace and relaxation in the evening… Especially, but not only, in the Winter! The Breakfast Buffet leaves nothing to be desired.

We have been in this house for our wedding. The preliminary and also the conduct of the Celebration were very professional and friendly. Also, the expectations of decoration, food and flexibility to our complete satisfaction fulfilled. The ambience is great, the food was lovingly done, the staff is very friendly, flexible and very accommodating and the price was for the service rendered quite favorable.
