The best hotel we have been able to get to know so far. Friendliness 5 stars, cleanliness 5 stars, taste of food 5 stars and ambience also 5 stars. It really doesn't get any better than that! Many thanks and many greetings to this courteous family business!

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been a guest in, great staff, family atmosphere, here EVERYTHING was just right, the food, the service, the boss and also the cleaning staff, everything absolutely PERFECT. Super friendly staff, from the chief on operation, to the room service. We have rarely been so served in a personalized and friendly! The ambiance is class and the booked new year's eve event was great! For me, I avoid such events actually: I would book immediately again. Also, the framework programme around new year's eve is looking to be the same. Not obtrusive, but interesting and varied. Top cuisine, the prices are definitely in order. Thank you to all of you for the wonderful days, here we come again!

It felt more tolerated than welcome… also, you seemed to have on children is no desire. Some very arrogant and overbearing acting staff obviated the need for the Rest. The food was for 4 stars ok, but not outstanding. Fire protection/accessible fire extinguishers, etc not very convincing. Noteworthy is the solid ambience and the architecture of the two guest houses.

I knew the Hotel from my Stoneman tours. Unfortunately, I had to stay because there is never time for longer, and Yes, actually, it makes little sense to stay so close to home. But we must say: it was worth it. Great Service, very nice staff, the rooms are perfect and large, the food was delicious, the wine vault leads to my favorite locals :-), our bikes were safe and dry… so honestly: I don't know why I should be less than five stars. So, you can feel the positive operating climate. We will come back for sure and be diligent recommend.

Idyllic ambience in historic surroundings with beautifully decorated rooms, very good Service and reasonable price-to-performance ratio. A place to feel comfortable, to rest, to enjoy or to experience a lot. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you for the pleasant time to the Team.

Actually a totally interesting facility, but many inaccessible houses and too few explanations. The copper hammer was very worth seeing.

Not recommended in the summer, due to the unfavourable opening hours (e. G. Lunch break) It was not possible for us to visit about 12.30 of any attraction. In itself, however, it looks nice here.

We were today with our 2 children (1 and 3) in the Saigerhütte for lunch and we were thrilled! Culinary I would like us as a very demanding call, and we must say that our expectations were surpassed. No ready food " from the bar — one has tasted that everything selbergemacht was. Equally outstanding was the Service. Thank You Very Much. It was a pleasure!

Every year before Christmas, we are guests in the Saigerhütte. The Hotel is seamlessly integrated into the historic object is integrated. Also, if you are in the Winter, probably the Sauna is used, so looking at the Relaxing terrace for the summer, very tempting. The rooms are attractively decorated and stylishly furnished. Also the friends of the free PayTV will have their joy. The staff is always friendly and always around the well-being of the guest endeavors. Even the owner can not take it, and from table to table to go and get the well-being of the guest to make sure. The offer of the food in the right amount taken. Not too little, the man (n) does not find anything but also not so much, the one at the sight of the card is overwhelmed. The taste was every dish is a hit. We were in the fall of the Saigerhütte and actually had almost the whole area for us. The rooms are stylishly furnished. The Sauna, we were able to use, and the hotel restaurant was well attended and very tasty. The staff was very friendly. For Breakfast we had in a different building. However, that was directly opposite. So, no Problem. The Buffet was very varied and tasty. Built on the grounds of lying to the Museum we had for us and even a private tour in the old mill. The small little room, where wool products to be produced, is interesting and worth seeing. For a short trip over a long weekend, the Hotel was fine. We are even to the Czech Republic is gone, because Olbernhau right on the "border" is. To us it was fun and had a great few days in the Saigerhütte.

Of friendly Service you can here at all do not speak, at least if you go with the Boss Fr. G. Personally to do. I am shocked by your way with guests deal with it. We wanted for the holiday season like a table in the Restaurant, the Saigerhütte book and have been fairly decisive made aware, that this is not one of us selected period of time is possible, but only in the "system" to 11 or 13 h. The Service is always friendly, and even at the late hour you will never have the feeling this one bothers at all, in fact it is always be cared for, nurtured, and umpflegt. The rooms are very clean and original style — not for everyone but for the strict conservation requirements had to be met was solved perfectly. The Breakfast is good, special requests are fulfilled — a place to feel good.

The Hotel is located on the site of the former Saigerhütte is really great located. It is located in the historic environment of a former Saigerhütte. The Hotel consists of two historic buildings. The environment is roughly comparable with a Freilichtmuseumsdorf. Already at the Welcome at the reception, we noticed that the friendly staff and they allowed us to still according to the official kitchen for a Snack in the Restaurant. Arrival after 22 o'clock is not a Problem. The food in the Restaurant was good, the price-performance top, however, were the WE the Mayo, mushrooms, garlic bread, and the trout. Trout ok, but Mayo and mushrooms, as happens for something like that? The Breakfast is also very close to calculated, because there is nothing added, if you are coming later, but are still always tired now. The Breakfast is otherwise viellseitig and varied. The room which we occupied, was a little small, but good. The view of the TV was by the bedside of the lamp-posts well extremely impaired. The equipment of the room was good, especially the small Gimiks, such as sewing kit, magazines and journals, although their selection is a little strange (Baby and Co, etc). The view was very good, views of the mountain. The reading lamp bed but also had an unfortunate "Clinical" Position. The bathroom was very small and did not fit the style of the hotel, the showers were mostly wechselwarm of ice cold up kochendheiß. The towels smelled musty.
