After a delayed arrival due to a car problem, the family Thomas showed great empathy to our situation and waited for us to finally arrive. The enthusiastic politesse on our arrival was most welcome and a mainstay in our short time as guests at Hotel Victoria, the hospitality and friendliness is second to none, we had a very spacious fresh clean room with a front facing balcony, of which we enjoyed sitting relaxing into the evening. Hotel Victoria is a gem and credit to the Thomas family, in beautiful surroundings, I dare you not to spend time here, it would be to your loss and someone elses gain. Thank you to the wonderful family Thomas, pray be it will not be too long before we are in Bad Bertrich and Victoria Hotel again. Ps. Do do the breakfast, you will not be disappointed.
