The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. Nevertheless, I don't like the hotel. The location is bad and the décor has the typical 70's chic. For a night ok, longer I wouldn't want to stay here.

I was there for a professional 1 week. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine but nothing special. The single rooms are really very small. But everything was clean and quite fine. The situation is very positive. Everything is within walking distance!

Large rooms that are very clean, with the best possible service and staff that makes all wishes possible. Great location.

Pretty good hotel in the downtown of Weisbaden. There are smoking room as well if you want (I did). The breakfast is good. It could have more choices of course, but it more than adequate.

Breakfast is in order regarding the selection, otherwise very good. The room is quite good, the deduction for the shower wall, which seals the edge of the tub to 1/3, and thus, after every shower the bathroom is under water and you can enter it readily.

The breakfast is good, but there are no slippers puppies in the room?

Yes the rooms are a bit dated but they are clean, the lighting is nice and the bathtubs are amazing and modern. The staff is so helpful and very sweet. When they found out that we were sick with colds they sent up tea, a kettle and fresh lemon to our rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Pro: — Central location — friendly staff — clean rooms contra: — rooms in the style of the 80s, no longer contemporary — number of parking spaces and the size is really manageable conclusion: would come back, however, it would not be my first point of contact.

For a long time we have been booking regular rooms at Hansa for our employees. The staff could not be more friendly. The rooms are always clean and the Frühtück very rich! Reservations (and also last minute cancellations) always work perfectly. Always happy. Highly recommended! One of the few hotels where cooperation could not be better!

Friendly staff, breakfast was good (the stars just adjusted) and the location is also very central.

I can't say anything negative. Staff was extremely friendly, my room was clean and train station, Rewe and Christmas market are within a few minutes walking distance.
My best experience: I had dripped at breakfast dressing on my pants. Had little hope that the oil stain could be removed at all. The lady at the reception provided my faux pas with cleaner, the color remained, the stain disappeared. Super!
The only drawback is the limited number of parking spaces. However, I travelled by train, so it only affected me indirectly.

Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Great location, everywhere you can walk, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, a large number of channels in different languages. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable overnight stay, friendly staff… Good location.

This is an older hotel and the rooms/furniture are aged, but it's clean. The staff is kind. Hansa doesn't offer any extras, but it's nice for what you pay. It's also in a great location. You can walk to Hansa easily from the Bahnhof, and the Markplatz and pedestrian/shopping zone are also just a short walk away as well.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Wiesbaden, nice comfortable room even if there's no small fridge inside the rooms, very friendly and polite staff, good quality food for breakfast.

Clean and cozy.

We've stayed here for over a month so far, the staff has been great! The location of this hotel is very central and the restaurant downstairs (Rossini) is amazing.

We had a nice spacious room, the hotel has a great location, 5 minutes walk to the train station & in the pedestrian zone.
The staff is always friendly & obliging.
The breakfast has a super quality and it shows some things themselves are made and are very fresh.

Super location as it is only a few minutes walk to the pedestrian area and the train station; good Breakfast menu is served with attentive Service; friendly reception at the reception; we had a comfortable room with large bathroom in the attic — lift access available; we will come at any time gladly again.

For three stars ok already. A bit outdated perhaps. But good Service. Better than many other ***Hotel.

Way too loud, small rooms, no atmosphere — but at least it's clean.

I tried it end of Jan. 2011 after I left Crown Plaza which has a higher rate with better service of course. The room was small and the breakfast was not good although they charge around Euro 90, so expensive rate for such poor service what is good is their nice location near shops and central station.

Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at the Best Western Hansa. While the place was well-kept, clean, and the staff was very professional and helpful, it was just too expensive to stay, so I had to leave for another place. While there is metered street parking available around the city, the hotel charges 8 Euro/night in a small condensed parking lot. The breakfast — — while not free — — it tasted fine, but somewhere over 10 Euro for a breakfast was too much in my opinion. End point — if you dont mind paying a higher premium, its not a bad place to stay. I have just seen better places for having to fork out less cash for higher standards.
