Friendly service staff, very good breakfast buffet, salad in the evening — and appetizers buffet, menu selection.

Very quiet and the area is very nice.

Everything on and in the hotel is great. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating. The 4b beer is the racer. Unfortunately you can't buy it, which I think is a pity. The operation Nicole should definitely stay there. It brings momentum of cheerfulness and charm. Will go back to this hotel next year.

The staff stays friendly in every situation and feels welcome and the food is unfortunately kilo plus aldo really good.

Fantastic location and top service, top cuisine, we were there 1.5 days and were rested as after 5 days. Best also the foot reflection massages. Everything only to be recommended.

Well-kept Mountain Hotel in Stunningly beautiful Area. Hiking Trails right next to the Hotel. Kitchen excellent. Swimming Pool and Sauna, not forgetting the beautiful Hot Tub super maintained.

We waited a beaten half Hour for Drinks and another half hour for the Bill. Had only started positively when the Waiter had kindly brought our Dog a Water tap without an active Request. We actually wanted to eat something, but that took too long, there were three Waiters there for about 20 Guests. Didn't Go at all. Lunch menu only medium-sumptuous Selection.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location. Great view over the mountains of Sauerland. Staff in all areas professional and courteous. There's nothing to complain about about the kitchen. Only the inhabited rooms in the main house are years old. Furniture, carpets and wooden windows (! ) would have to be renewed.

Very nice junior suites, friendly service, unfortunately the dishes were without taste, completely without seasoning (we had half board)

Very nice complex on top of the mountain, very good spa, very good panoramic suite, wonderful food, friendly staff in all areas, a hotel that you can recommend at any time.

Wrapped in nature, in a fairly large hotel which will certainly be a good destination for the lovers of natural.

In winter we, my wife and I, have a short break here. It was really nice and comfortable. There was a lot of snow. It was quiet. The hotel sauna was clean and hot. The kitchen was fine. So. I'll come back.

Light and Shadows. Some things work great, others don't.
It starts with the fact that some rooms still have a facility from the 70s and other top modern ones are equipped. Which one gets is then probably a lucky thing.
The multiplely expressed (and confirmed by the hotel) please my wife due to my size to get a room with an open bed (last on the day before arrival) could not be fulfilled after all. Good room management looks different anyway. After all, we were able to change rooms the next day.
But even in the very nice new room were missing details like a room phone (eg. To call the children in the other room) or a holder in the shower to be able to put off the shampoo.
The service at breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful and fulfilled even more fancy wishes of the children. At dinner, however, orders were forgotten, then executed incorrectly and overall it took a very long time. Combined with statements that from 9 pm no cook is in the kitchen, then serving a simple mousse but lasted for 30 minutes, as if it had been freshly created, left a somewhat ambivalent impression.
The bottom line is that you can relax there after a day of skiing, the offer of 2 saunas, pool and whirlpool with relaxation area offers many possibilities.
Also that despite massive daily snowfall the steep path to the hotel was always cleared and without any snow chains is definitely a plus.

Beautiful Mountain Hotel, which is in change, towards the top hotels with a partly exclusive ambience. The service in the restaurant is also expected to develop. The gentlemen are not particularly attentive. But the food and coffee and cake is delicious. Especially the coffee is very good!

However, something has already come into the days.

Old hotel, but has its charm. Good breakfast and dinner @ night. Dining room is beautifull. 1 negative thing: the Wi-Fi ‘guest’ is the fastest but useless when you don’t have signal on the second floor. Asked about this at the reception, only went to restart the router, makes no difference in signal strength. Wanted to stream a movie @ night, too slow and too weak signal. That’s why they lose a extra star on my 4-star rating.

Very nice location. We have ordered a table by phone 2 people with dog Holy Evening. 2 days before, as a precaution, I called again. Once in the restaurant and some waiting time I asked an older quite confused waiter for our table. The could only reciprocate with dog outside. Where is outside, we asked another waiter who thought one should follow him. He then handed us in a host room to another waiter who searched for our name and came back after some time, there was probably a problem, because we would probably have been forgotten, and assigned us an uncovered table directly at the entrance. We had actually been looking forward to a nice evening on Christmas Eve. We asked about the chief executive. The Lord who came was probably the owner. He seemed quite helpless and disappeared unapologetically. 2 stars I gave because the waiter who served us further was very friendly and helpful. The 4 course menu was more than modest. The food cold, the appetizers of the simplest nature. The main dish deer backs tough as leather. The side dishes more than manageable. The water carafe calcified. For 57 euros per person you certainly can't expect any star quality. But that prize was not fair to what was offered, either. It is not useful that we received juices after payment.

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio does not fit. Cleanliness in the rooms leaves nothing to be desired.

The room was very outdated during our stay. The cushion of the Chair were sat by and ready for the bulky waste. The bathroom is outdated and not very clean. Breakfast was very good.

We, two adults and a child, spent three days in the hotel of high bone. At first glance, the House appears come a little in the years. However, the other looks result of enthusiasm. The erwähnsenswerten highlights are absolutely clean rooms, warm friendly staff, top quality restaurant. Of course not to forget the hygienic use of indoor pool and sauna area.
Who is looking for a few quiet hours to relax, which is housed here.

We were for the 1. Time in this Hotel. The decor and the bathrooms are a bit in the years to come. But everything is very clean. But that is by the outstanding Service made up for. All are very concerned and attentive. Also the gastronomy (incl. The rich Breakfast) and the Spa area are outstanding. I had 2 massages which are very competently executed. We can the Hotel recommend it and will certainly stay there again.

My husband and I have been in this beautifully located Hotel, our wedding was celebrated. We were in the nearby, small and very romantic chapel by a very friendly pastor married. In the whole time we were from the friendly and helpful staff, supervised and supported. We and our guests really enjoyed themselves. All meals were plentiful and very tasty. Very nice we also found the sun on the coffee and cake enjoyed and have a nice could enjoy the view. Also a great view we had from our room and a lovely large balcony from which we could see for miles. This Hotel is great to relax and let your mind wander. We were also swimming, Sauna visits and have a Spa participated. Everywhere, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. This Hotel is only to recommend, who on rustic ambience, good food, beautiful surroundings and good staff, is here exactly correct. We would like to thank you again very much for this beautiful, special time for us.

It was a wonderful stay, unfortunately too short! Very well maintained complex, it is worthwhile for a longer period of time. Unfortunately we couldn't due to time constraints, the Spa is not in use. We will come back!

Very nicely located Hotel with many Hiking possibilities directly at the Hotel. The Hotel is cozy, clean and the staff very friendly and attentive. The Breakfast is rich and good. Swimming pool and Sauna are also ok. The only thing not quite so liked was the price of the half Board per Person. Is still relatively high, and in any case, we do not eat so much. But Yes you have to not book. We would love to come back.

Well equipped Hotel in a beautiful, quiet location, very good as a base for walking. The Sauna is the way back to 85-90 degrees — we have used on a daily basis! The Service is attentive, but unobtrusive. The Breakfast tip, the self-service juicer is very popular! We had an Indian/Tamil-oriented dinner, the rather middle-class was; for it was the Buffet andertags excellent. The only drawback: The wardrobe in our room was so unfortunately placed that there, hanging coats and Jackets to Open the door and the entry way.

We were for the 3. Once in the Hotel Hoher Knochen and once again it was excellent. The staff and all the other are very friendly and accommodating. The food is unique and always something special. The only downside of the this year, we have learned that the Sauna, unfortunately, in the temperature went up but at 60 — 65 degrees remained standing. But also so that we could live. With kind Regards and maybe we see us again next year.
