At my request to move the room to a lower or on the other side room, because it was so hot that I only slept for two hours all night, I was told that the hotel was fully booked. The shift manager deliberately lied because he was either too lazy or too fine to change the room. About 90 seconds later I called anonymously by phone and I would have been given a room. Pretty stupid if you don't pay attention to something like that. I am really disappointed and I can not recommend this hotel, I do not know how it will be when it is finished and has its own reception, but if you are not finished you should wait to sell rooms. I was disappointed, I couldn't sleep, the fan didn't pull anything out. I admit to the rooms are really large and spacious but that's it. A disappointment through and through.
