Beautiful, quiet but airport-oriented hotel.
The only downside — no air conditioning.
Very nice staff who help at any time.

I can't say anything about the rooms, as I was only there during the day on a training course. For this, however, the hotel is in my opinion excellently suited, the furnishing of the rooms is stylish, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the lunch excellent. I felt very comfortable. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport, and Dreieich-Buchschlag station, which is part of the Rhine-Main S-Bahn network, can be reached in ten minutes on foot.

Covered hotel and breakfast price. For 200 euros a night you can expect luxury and not bad TV image, only Sky Sports although advertising is made for all Sky channels, sockets without cover, used rooms. Service and cleanliness as well as food for it very good.

Not very modern, hotel not air-conditioned, and my room, and its balcony, overlook a garbage dump. On the other hand, excellent breakfast.

Correct Service, correct rooms, large parking. In general a bit outdated but still in good overall condition. Vintage elevators. Service at breakfast could be better.

We had breakfast at this hotel and it was very good. The buffet was immediately replenished and coffee was added to the table. Everything was there, only freshly squeezed orange juice would have rounded off the positive picture.

Near the airport, clean, good people attending, good breakfast included, the restaurant opened up before your normal breakfast time.

A perfectly suitable hotel when we need to be near Frankfurt airport. Clean, large, but somewhat Spartan rooms; good shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and appealing.

Location next to train station Dreieich; Large parking lot; The room was spacious and comfortable. Possibility of tea — or Kaffekochen and mini-bar; Extensive breakfast buffet and bar. The nearest restaurant is 100 metres away.

I was there for training. The meeting room is technically well equipped and very quiet the food with snacks and drinks was great and the lunch was delicious. The parking lot is large enough to park even with bigger cars.

So four stars really did not deserve very much in the years come really small portions while eating and incredibly unfriendly unprofessional staff in the bar still give 2 stars since the other staff is very friendly.

Friendly staff, beautiful place and great experience. The Mercury Hotel Frankfurt is close to the airport with an easy access for those intending to travel for Frankfurt for business. The room was comfortable and nice. The conference facility, in a building next to the hotel room building, was spacious and independent. The only issue was that there were no close-by convenience stores and restaurants and one of my colleagues wanted to eat at night and had to wait till morning.

So very convenient to the FRA airport, clean and the staff is excellent!

Decent clean place tends to be understaffed if hotel is fully booked. Breakfast could be better but can make do. Limited choices for vegetarians.

The Mercure Dreieich is in the years to come. Room only half-heartedly renovated. Mold on the ceiling above the shower/bath combination. Hairdryer, unfortunately, defective. Lighting in the bathroom flickers with different light bulbs and LED's mixed in cold — and warm-white. Running man with black socks in the room, you can see how dirty the floor is (dust everywhere). The room safe was also broken. Remains of egg shells and hard-boiled eggs on the balcony. Unpleasant smell in the hallways. The lifts are old and do not make a dapper impression. W-LAN access, unfortunately, again and again be canceled, the new dialing is not possible. The Breakfast 18.00 Euro is an outrage. The Industriebrötchen are like rubber, everything is kind of frumpy done and flavorful without love. No Apples, Kiwis, bananas, or other whole fruits. When checking in the wrong price at the time of booking, supposedly this would have been posted. Only after Showing the booking confirmation there was a clarification. Also check out no pleasure. Here there is a lack of kindness and Motivation. The front Desk does not ask whether the guest has fallen, so you can also no Feedback to attach.

God forbid, never again! Unfriendly, unkompetent, unclean.

The Breakfast is 18 Euro outrageously skinny. The room IS OK.

At this Hotel, I wondered where the stars come from? Already at the Check-In problems. I got a Key Card for a still inhabited room. Like myself, this happened also to other colleagues, only two hours later.
