A wonderful stay. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was great with your typical Euro fare. Coffee, capacino or expresso available in addition to tea a d juice. Room were modern and clean. Parking was convenient. The proximity to the walk platz was great. Japanese garden and Dino park within easy walk. Would recommend.

Stayed at Hotel Heymann for an extended work trip and cannot rate them highly enough — Otto and his wife were lovely hosts in their beautifully appointed hotel. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating as well and checked in every day for service (which was not necessary, but still appreciated). The room (the two bedroom apartment) was comfortable and the views down to the pedestrian walkway through the full length windows was really nice. Centrally located in the hub of Kaiserslautern — easy walking distance to shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars as well as cultural and vacation points of interest (Dino-park, Japanese Garden, Kaiserbrunnen Fountain). The hospitality and service were beyond reproach — felt very welcome and taken care of during our stay. Thank you for a delightful Kaiserslautern experience!

Tiptop Hotel located in Kaiserslautern, in walking distance to the train station, with a very attractive, clean rooms, very friendly and owner-managed, and as a Highlight is the Breakfast: not a standard buffet, but individually and environmentally responsible. Since I can only give five stars!

Small cosy hotel, right in the centre of the city. Very clean and nicely decorated room and the breakfast is very lovingly prepared and not a standard buffet. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and will be happy to provide detailed information about restaurants or other places of interest. A car parking is available against a small Obolus also directly at the hotel (right in the centre of the city! ). Glad to be back when I am in Kaiserslautern next time and catch a room!

Very nice little hotel.
The host is very nice and the rooms clean.
However, the best part is the rich breakfast, where organic products are respected.

We try to stay at Hotel Heymann when in k-town. Love the home-like feel. Very clean rooms and a real DE breakfast. Private parking! Overall, highly recommend this hotel. And if you are traveling with family, they have a suite room (top floor) that has like 3 or 4 beds.

The best place for me to stay in Kaiseeslautern.

Great hotel with many eastern amenities.

Pros: the guy/owner was very helpful on my arrival. He guided me in when I was lost. He was patient and helped took my suitcase up to my room 1. He ended up not charging me for my parking 2. The location is superb. Right across the street from the big mall (literally a gold mine) 3. There was a mini bar in the room and breakfast every morning if you chose to eat. 4. Breakfast was pleasant. Cons:. 1. No elevator. I'm overseas for awhile and had a huge suitcase. An elevator would have been ideal for lugging my crap up 3 full flights of stairs 2. The hotel is very difficult to find if you are not familiar with the area even with a Gps. The roads look like pedestrian sidewalks, but thanks to the owner, he led me into my parking space I would have never ever found without him. 3. Hotel room was huge, but there was a super creepy painting on the wall that looked like the demon child from the Ring. It really put a damper on my already jet lagged sleep. That painting is what nightmares are made of. I have heebie jeebies just thinking about it. 4. No common area/lobby to sit and chill in the hotel outside of breakfast hours. Owner seemingly got angry when my coworker and I wanted to use the "reception" area for a work related conference call. Straight up said no and that area is for breakfast only. Had to go to my room for that. Felt very unprofessional and super awkward. Ultimately, I will never stay there again. It was frightening, cold, and unsettling.

Super-clean and a very nice breakfast. My room was very spacious, a bit of street noise but nothing to stir my sleep.

Modern hotel, very great host and excellent breakfast.

The late arrival was totally uncomplicated. The room was nice and large. The bathroom is modern and clean. The key to the Carport, around the corner was ready. At Breakfast then not the usual Buffet, but everything individually at the table. In sufficient quantity and selection.

This hotel is modern, friendly, and exceptionally clean. What impressed me the most was the beautiful presentation of the breakfasts and rooms and smoke free areas. Our host gave his customers the most peaceful presence, which showed in the atmosphere of his hotel.

Class Service. All the employees I have had the kindness to believe and would suggest that your job is still fun. The rooms were modern and clean. The Breakfast is not a classic Buffet, but is from a rich selection of personalized prepared. I was completely satisfied. As a business traveller I like to come back and I am pleased with quality like this.

The Hotel Heymann is a diamond in the rough. After checking out a few nearby hotels this one stood out. The rooms were comfortable, clean, modern, reasonably priced and even have an individual theme. There is a nice breakfast served. I was impressed with the great location and street view. Most importantly the Heymann's were some of the most hospitable people you will ever meet. We were able to park, do laundry, rest and they provided us tourist tips and history. This review is long overdue, but I must say you will not be disappointed.

Very modern and decorated with love. The atmosphere was very cozy. Was on a business trip and can this Hotel only recommend.

Super friendly staff, rooms absolutely qualifies, corresponded perfectly to the description on the Internet, impeccable service in an elegant and nearly two years in which I have a total of eight weeks there was a guest. Again at any time.
