Rooms, breakfast, Service are very good. Location is ok, near the Main Station, Not very nice arround the hotel.

Okay service, bear center og the city.

If I have to go to Mainz, then I always try to book this Hotel. The Reception was very friendly. All Things could be sorted out in 5 Minutes. The Rooms are modern yet cosy. Breakfast offers and tastes an abundant Selection.

The controls are very friendly and the food is good, as well as the room comfort, but sometimes you have to wait a long time for someone to be at the bar or reception and the towels could be a bit larger, therefore only four stars.

The hotel is conveniently located at the main train station, but also on a busy road. However, the windows are soundproofed and you could sleep perfectly. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar. The reception is very friendly as well as the rest of the staff. You can park in your own underground car park for €15 a day. The rooms are very clean and modern. The buffet breakfast was more than sufficient and leaves nothing to be desired. I like to come back here … Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The intercity is very close to the train station and the road is in my case at eye level and yet no noise is heard. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are tip top! Highly recommended!

Fine city hotel next to the railway station and 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, you get also free public transit tickets for local buses and trams, there is restaurant and bar, but there is no fitness or sauna.

The hotel is located directly at the main train station in Mainz and very quick and easy to reach. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and have a very good standard.

But you have to know that this is a chain hotel, where you can't expect the personal touch and you can, like a private hotel.

Very small room was offered, but charged premium. Average room amenities and breakfast. Only positive fact is that walkable distance from train station.

Perfect location for visiting Mainz. Walking distance to town, trams and busses just outside the front entrance. Public transport is free when staying here.

My demands are not too big, clean it must be, that's it too, room big enough to feel comfortable and a good view. Yes, and the beds could also be put together.

Impersonal but quite pleasant business hotel in close proximity to the train station. Clean and good windows, barely any noise, even straight out to the street. Room well in shot and modern. The breakfast is OK for €14 but from the selection also not terrific. The service was always nice and competent.

Comfortable mat in a queen size bed in a half round well-furnished room. Friendly and helpfull staff. Down side: Located next to heavy — traffic Mainz main roads. Since you cannot open the window for this reason, the hotel airco causes dry air. And lots of thirst, hence! Upside : You know this a head when you book, so the choice is yours! I find the hotel rates worth the money!

Mostly business people and the breakfast is only average and very crowded. Otherwise very nice hotel with comfortable rooms.

Clean rooms, courteous staff, decent buffet at breakfast. Showers, reportedly from reception, have a construction problem throughout the hotel, after each shower, you will find water on the bathroom floor.

Great hotel, although we had some issues with our half board but it was sorted in the end.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a work/vacation trip. Clean functional rooms, close to both center and university. Even in a room facing the street we did not have any concerns with the noise from below. Would stay here again in the future even though I prefer the hotels on the other side of the train station.

Itself quite ok. Shower not correctly concludes, therefore soil wet. Parking as a guest since calculated each exit is expensive and is pushing up the rate the.

It's ok. Uninspiring, but clean and tidy. I can hear people coughing next door. No iron — this is a bugbear of mine: I think that is poor for a business hotel.

Room very clean, large, and practically furnished. Beds excellent (reinliegen and feel comfortable). The staff at Breakfast, attentive, Breakfast buffet plentiful, especially the best bacon we in the Hotel ever had, also operated here by the boss himself. This Hotel you can in good conscience further-recommend!

I'm staying very comfortable here. The place is clean, modern and offers nice service. They offer a breakfast with some muesli variety including soy milk and fresh fruit salad. The internet comes for free over Wi-Fi and Ethernet, but with little bandwidth (256 kbit/s). You have no usual hassles with port blockades, though. Also included is a ticket for the local public transport. I brought my bicycle and parked it in the parking lot.

Nice Hotel, centrally located and easily by car or public transport. Friendly staff and nicely decorated rooms which are sufficiently large. The only minor point of criticism would be the chargeable Wi-Fi. Nowadays you can of Hotel appropriate category such a Service already free expect. As a very positive point would be but also the Ticket for the public transport to mention that to us with the room card was given.
