Review of Centro Hotel Ayun 4*

SCANDALOUS HOTEL — DO NOT STAY THERE Following my previous review on how dirty our hotel room was as well as how poor the shower pressure was, they finally got back to me after weeks! Their answer is in the screen shot below and illustrates perfectly the kind of hotel this is. They basically tell me that since I did not go complain at the reception they can not issue a refund! Only issue is that we went to complain as we had several rooms during our stay for the trade show. The receptionist probably did not note the complaint as she was getting complaints every MORNING from us and different rooms. Basically she was just smiling and saying yes we know but you have to send an email to complain as we can not do anything for you here. We did take time to contact their customer service and obtained this gracious email from their customer service saying basically that The customer is wrong and should have complained which we did! I have done many hotels in my life but I will give Ayun Hotel 5 stars on how BAD their customer service is in addition to the poor quality of the rooms. Their reply is just SCANDALOUS! I really hope you make the decision not to stay in their hotels after reading this. I can only share the info with you guys. Hi Guys I am adding another caption hereunder as the hotel has still NOT proceeded to a refund and requires us to remove our post prior to refunding. This is not really the way I intend to do this. They offered a 10% refund on 1 room only when we had multiple rooms with the same issue. The caption attached shows how many back and forth we did with the hotel since 10/8/17 and we are now in January 2018. Save yourself from this trouble. Do not book this hotel. i am still trying to get my refund. Do not book this hotel. They are robbers!
