➜ We were at the Hotel Zur Post for the Fourth Time this Year and were again warmly received and hosted by the Operators. The small Village of Burg/Mosel is centrally located between Cochem, Zell, Traben-Trarbach and Bernkastel-Kues. With that, you're quick among People when a Castle becomes too quiet about what it is. The Wine from the Winemaker Heinz Flöter is sensational, he still understands his Craft and keeps the White Wine alive on the Moselle, but even his Dornfeld Red wines do not need to hide!
His wife Anne'S Kitchen is super delicious, she cooks at a very high Level!
We will certainly come back next Year, even if the Visit is not quite cheap but inexpensive.

The ordered kitchen toast for 11, €80! It consists of two slices of bread, two slices of ham topped with a little tomato and bake some cheese. In terms of taste, it was still so straight, visually the plate had the charm of a wheel cap.
