I was a guest at the hotel from 19.06. — 22.06.20. This family-run company takes care of its guests very lovingly. When I arrived, the garage was already open, and I was able to put my motorcycle there. My room was very lovingly furnished, and the breakfast and dinner were very tasty. This house is highly recommended for bikers, hikers etc. Because the area simply has a lot to offer.

We had ordered food to pick up everything was very tasty and very fresh.

After two "sniffing days" we can say that we will definitely return there on further visits to the Eastern Eifel. Friendly, personal atmosphere, spacious rooms, a very nice outdoor area and delicious food and drinks!
Remarkable is the tablet on the Zimner with all information about the house and about possible activities and excursion destinations in the area. But also hiking maps can be purchased from the family Nett (the name is program in the house! ).
You just feel comfortable in the hotel and country inn "Zum Bockshahn"!

The 2. Floor (we had booked a so — called 'large comfort double room') roch during our entire stay EXTREMELY unpleasant smell of rancid cooker hood grease.

. Was at the end of July our hiking stage hotel. We liked great, all very nice, really delicious food, room was very nice and spacious, quite great outdoor area for evening relaxation. Fully recommended. Was great there.

I was in Spessart for the second time in the hotel to the Bockshahn and it was beautiful again, the food was excellent, super friendly service and great service. We are very happy to come back and can definitely recommend it

because the staff is friendly and very helpful, the hotel has a colourful and modern ambience, the room is clean and large, breakfast can do everything the pampered guest needs, Wi-Fi works perfectly and we park our motorcycles in a garage Could.

A Vers nice partyroom in a tiny village. You can stay there overnight and the food is good.

One week and it was wonderful!
A super nice hotel couple, very friendly staff, who fulfill almost every wish, a snazzy garden sauna and, not to forget, really excellent and very good food in the evening!
Also the wish for a meatless dinner, for my girlfriend, was promptly fulfilled! Excellent!

I enjoyed a super delicious birthday meal with my husband on the terrace! Despite the "distance" to the kitchen we had to wait for neither the drinks nor the food for a long time. Would not the "SOS call" from the child care come we would have stayed longer and the sun would have enjoyed to demise!

I was there from the 13th of March — today with my sister and can recommend it 100%. The rooms are nice and very clean. The food is top and the breakfast very varied and very good. We will go again!

After about 60 km on the Eifel head back home. Dinner and drinks on Saturday were not only the salvation of a 1/2 starved Wanderes, but have also tasted super delicious. The Breakfast was 1a, and I have rarely slept so well in a hotel room. Gladly again, very nice "Neets".

Super Service, nettes Zimmer.

Ideal as a stopover for a three-day hike on the head of the Eifel. Friendly and quickly we were picked up at the end of the first day and brought the next morning back to the starting point. Prima recreation provided good food and nice room.

I went with my friend on Friday of last week to guest.
We had the hotel by booked on the road since an as heavy snowfall put, was not possible the continuing. I was on the way from the Berlin area coming already over 7 hours (incl. 1 hour in a traffic jam standing) and 20 minutes before 17: 00 at the hotel.
Check-in 17:00. It was incredible snowfall, freezing out, as I said, and despite a call and also personal views contact I was left not 15 minutes beforehand. I had to actually wait in the car in front of the door. I call it "not very customer oriented". And friendly already even not equal.
Even if the room had to be cleaned yet, I would wait in the guest room and can possibly be offered a hot drink.
That's why only 2 stars.
The room was neat and clean. We were only there for a night, so that I can me not commenting on other SERVICES.

It was a nice relaxed short weekend ;-)

Had 3 Nights with half-Pension. The Landgasthaus is *** to low rated. Why? Room, food, friendliness, everything Super! There, you will as a vegetarian will not be Disappointed. Many Destinations. Always happy to come back in the Eifel.

Highly recommended, friendly and accommodating staff, rooms very clean and comfortably designed, the food is 1A both Breakfast and lunch. Also a first-class starting point for excursions to the Rhine, Mosel and Ahr are quickly with the car, also walks very well from here through the beautiful Eifel region to be started, we will come again. All in all 1+

The room was clean and what you need is available. Place enough. The Frukstucksbuffet is replete. The dinner tastes good. Spontaneous contacts are to be used sparingly.

We were at the end of October with friends from Karlsruhe in Bockshahn and have here is a beautiful Eifel weekend experienced. The Hotel has all of us very well fallen, from the friendly hosts, the rich Breakfast with great local Eifel-products to the great food and the whiskey sample! Perfect is also the location of the hotel as a starting point for activities. For example, we have the government bunker deep in Maria Laach, and the Lava-Dome in Mendig, will be visited, all within 20 Min. Distance. It is also in 10 Min. On the highway A61, super! Come to that, of course, the absolutely fair prices in the Bockshahn! We come with our friends in any case, once again. Greetings!

This is a tremendous little hotel in the heart of the Eifel Mountains. Martina and her chef Sebastian are first class cooks and the Bockhahn is the center of social life in the small town of Spessart. Clean rooms, a fantastic breakfast spread, good Wi-Fi and flat screen tv's and very nice views from the front of the hotel. I have stayed there a dozen times a year for now two years and cannot think of a reason I would go anywhere else.
