Very nice location, super ambience, nice rooms and wellness facility. Slight criticism of the kitchen: Is already good, but for the price we have already got better (the poultry should not be pink. ). But as I said, criticism at a fairly high level. The drinks / wine prices I also found not quite adequate, rather Swiss level (since we were recently).

Perfect… And all of it. Very big cinema. Especially the whole team, who take care of everything in the background all day. Best regards to the ladies of room service and the restaurant crew with the waiter. It was perfect! Thank you for the wonderful time. Dagmar and Henrik Schmidt.

Another world. Simply calling it "hotel" would be wrong. It's an insult.

Lovely to spend a relaxing weekend.

Wonderful Hotel, we found it by accident, and we were so satisfied. The rooms are magical, the service is Royal. So nice and friendly personale, so Clean SPA, wonderful food, high class service int resaurant. And the hotel is Worth visiting many times again in our trips.

Not inexpensive but worth every penny. Wellness worthy of the name! For a romantic weekend for two highly recommended!

Spent three nights at the Romantik Hotel in Remill. My room was furnished very rustic and was outside the hotel grounds. The bed was in the roof gable. Would not have been worse, but there was apparently a beetle plague at that time. Many of these animals crawled around the windows. On the windowsill and in front there were hundreds of dead beetles, which unfortunately were not removed by the cleaning lady. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was very tasty (7 course menu) portions but relatively small (felt). Red wine was served ice cold.
The surroundings and the grounds as well as the wellness area are very nicely laid out and the stay there is very pleasant.

Very nice building located right on the Franconian Saale.

I was there in November 2013 a week. Despite a violent cold during this time, my memories of the hotel, the staff, the food and the spa are extraordinarily beautiful. The buildings radiate a very restrained luxury, the rooms are lovingly and comfortably furnished and I had the feeling of being a guest on a luxurious and private estate rather than in a hotel.

Evaluation of the predecessor is not comprehensible at all!

I and my wife visited the Romantik hotel in June 2016 last year. We have hoped for a lot of the reviews we have read before. Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. We can do most of the evaluation that the House did not understand at all. The food was very poor and the price ratio is not in any realization to what is offered in the rest murmurs. The service was also not all too friendly and you had to wait very long for his food. As for the room, the feel-good atmosphere is missing. The room was very dark and terribly furnished. Here were simply some antiques that don't fit together. The double room was still quite small. The only thing that was great was the spa. My conclusion: simply overpriced for what you get offered. Can not recommend this hotel in any way.

You want to have your rest? Leave stress and everyday life behind you? Come here! In spite of very old walls a chic place with all comforts at a high level. Excellent cuisine, beautiful old rooms and very accommodating staff, that quietly manages to make it pleasant for all guests.

The new mill is a wonderful place. The whole area is lovingly designed down to the last detail. Everywhere, you can discover beautiful corners and elements. I spent two days with my friend there and I think I've seen rarely an ejoyable weekend trip.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic. We felt welcome and at home. Since it was very rainy, we have moved between bed, restaurant, swimming pool and Spa. The wellness area is nicely decorated and load to the relax a. Everything is meticulously clean and very stylish. On the last day we have wrapped up after a sauna on the banks of the Saale in a "Kusschel shell" in blankets and enjoyed the last moments in the new mill at the sound of the water.
We will definitely come back! Thank you for the beautiful experience!

We stayed for 2 wonderful days in the Winter in the mill. The pictures of the beautiful grounds and the attention to detail not convey. It is much nicer there than on the pictures. Wonderful atmosphere — very nice Wellness areas and applications. Also this year, we are again a couple of pre-Christmas Entspannungstage spend there.
