The location in an industrial area is not intoxicating but the hotel is highly recommended. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay. Also the breakfast is good and there is something for every taste. Friendly staff.

We were here about 1.5 years ago, just before Christmas. At that time I would have given out 5 stars, but now.
My pasta with pesto was a disaster because it was too hot, every taste has been lost. But the tiramisu was not tiramisu! Too creamy and also made with gelling agent, which was not properly processed. The chef should practice again or have his tuition money returned.
The serving staff was friendly and nimble.
Conclusion: We will think very carefully about whether we go there again. What a pity.

Upon request whether one could have a lounge next to the hotel rooms for a family meeting during the day, I received the answer that it was not an asylum seeker's home.
I have rarely experienced anything of rude.
On the owner's note: I did not expect or ask for free loungeroom. Of course, I was ready to pay a hall rent + of course the price for the hotel rooms. That would certainly have been lucrative with 15 people. Economic interest is one thing that Rachen does not fully get another …

From the service is the more youth hostel level and not a hotel. The lady at the front desk wasn't exactly guest friendly. The rooms are ok, unfortunately not a lift, which is annoying with luggage and would actually be expected for €90 per night (without breakfast).
It's ok for transit, but I won't be back.

Very friendly staff, rooms very well equipped and large enough. Bathroom modern and clean. Breakfast plentiful and fine.
The meeting rooms are mostly very well equipped and also large enough. Only the room under the roof is very small. Also the Beamer is very small and thus also there projected image, which makes the reading very difficult.

All was clean, breakfast was boring.

Clean and modern rooms, mine was freshly refurbished. Free Wi-Fi included and free parking right outside the door. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast tasty and with sufficient choice. Another advantage: from the motorway one is hyper at the hotel (and vice versa).

Staff is really friendly and nice, food is delicious ("amsterdam" is amazing), portions are pretty big. Rooms are clean and cozy.

Very good price-performance ratio, the rooms were very clean and modern. The beds were not located. From the highway, we have noticed nothing at all. The Breakfast was really good.

Good service, cleam rooms, quiet place. Good Wi-Fi. Very good food at hotel's restaurant, especially schnitzel 'Amsterdam' — definitelly must try if you like pork dishes. For non native speakers might be hard to figure out why reception at late hours are closed, but there is telephone number left to call if nobody's there. Overall good place. Staying in this hotel from time to time around 7 years for business trips.

We were with a group of 2 days at a Seminar in the Hotel. Rooms were clean, food very good and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Good price/performance ratio!

Price/performance ratio absolut ok. Good food, but especially scores hotel with very friendly and obliging staff, absolutely top and experienced so rarely in this form!

Class hotel. I can only recommend it to anyone.
