Very pretty… good service… very friendly… Delicious food.

Very friendly and professional staff, very delicious but not expensive food… amazing view… its definitely worth it.

Outside hui, inside pfui.
We spent our first and certainly the last night in this hotel.
From the outside it is really beautiful and of course has the perfect location.
At the reception we had to wait about 15min for a staff member of the hotel, despite ringing.
The hotel advertises on Facebook that ALL rooms have now been renovated.
Hm… So if THAT was renovated, then I don't want to know what it looked like before.
In room 217, the drama started at the door. This could not be closed properly, only with a lot of force it went and had to be closed immediately.
We continued with the squeaky and snarling old bed, with a stain on the bed sheet.
On this bed lay an extremely heavy blanket with a duvet cover like the Bundeswehr and a pillow with a stain on it, which corresponded about the height/volume of a towel.
The kneading bed was held by a wobbly, non-screwed wooden frame, which invites to the head knock.
When the curtain flew off the pole while trying to open the window, the next shock came.
The room was apparently located directly on the ventilation pipes? In any case, it smelled bestially like old frying fat.
So, windows back to and down to the lake.
In the hallway, the stench was even worse.
The smoking guests in the hotel lobby (! ) did not embellishe the atmosphere either.
The next morning I wanted to take a shower. Even after about 15min try the water did not get warmer.

Poor service and the last dwelling.

… for vegetarians there was nothing on the map. When I asked, they wanted to ask in the kitchen and offered me egg. Absolutely no recommendation from me.

We stayed from 04. — 05.07.2020 there and it was very nice, nice staff, good food, rich breakfast and nice rooms, thank you and we will come back.

Nice hotel, good food and friendly staff. Lovely area but was raining.

Lovely hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff. The bar and restaurant staff were really lovely and spoke excellent English. The evening meals and breakfasts exceeded our expectations and the food was plentiful and very tasty. Rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Coffee and cake was very good.
Dinner was the worst meal in a long time.
When the food came I already had a hair on the plate, which simply removed the service. Then the meat (fillet steak) was not to be defined, it should be with mushrooms and was drowned in a disgusting sauce. I was offered another sauce.
At the table next to it, the guests also complained.
Unfortunately, the complaints were ignored by the kitchen and the service.
The full price was demanded without any apology.

In the afternoon, cake was eaten. Very good. In the early evening returned for dinner. Fillet steak drowned in sauce. Looked more like a rump steak. Pork fillet with cognac sauce. Not to define what it was for a sauce, it just tasted sweet. Meat hard and dry.
Hair on the plate, service said is only on the edge and took the hair away. Never experienced.

Very nice holiday in Eifel National Park. Friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere in the cosy Hotel Seemöwe. Our room was large, clean and simply furnished. The view from the balcony and from the sun terrace on which we had one or the other beer and wine was beautiful. The food in the restaurant was good and inexpensive. We will certainly come back!

I liked the hotel and especially the food I thought was excellent! The hotel offers direct views of the Upper Lake. The passenger's investor of the round trip ships is also diagonally opposite the hotel. There are some very nice hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, for example. To the primordial dam or to the former Nazi Ordensburg Vogelsang.
The foyer of the hotel is very modern, because the rooms don't quite connect yet, but they are fine and very spacious and cozy. My bathroom was very spacious and modern equipped with shower, toilet and double sink. I found the hotel's furnishings with fire extinguishers and fire alarms, as well as the direction to the emergency exits, to be made absolutely exemplary. Unfortunately, only part of the rooms can be reached without stairs, which is likely to be of concern to the disabled.
I will be happy to return to this hotel.

Great view and place in the sun on the terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ice was very good, as was the cheese sandwich as well as the Hawaiian toast. Price — performance is absolute.

Class hotel in the heart of the Eifel National Park. The reception was very friendly and the operator family was always helpful and promptly responded to requests. We ate at the restaurant a la carte and were very satisfied with the food offered, these were fresh and deliciously prepared. We will come back!

Reviews for the restaurant: The service staff are attentive and friendly.
The menu offers a good selection and is not too big for fresh ingredients and preparation.
The portions are quite large and the food is delicious. Selection of drinks and wines is also very extensive.
When the weather is nice, the large terrace invites you to linger.
The house is located directly on the lake and you have almost all the places, a beautiful view. Parking at the house is limited but a large public car park is only a 3-minute walk away.

The hotel makes a lot of it from the outside. The parking facilities are unfortunately limited, despite the hotel's parking lot. The lobby is nice and the staff Nice. The food is as I find excellent and has tasted the same very well. Unfortunately we had a comfortable room with an old Röhrenfehrnseher, a little dirty carpet and under the bed it was unfortunately also dirty.
Conclusion: A little unsightly in detail, but which is made up of great food and nice staff.

Consistent for years. Good value for money for a well-tended excursion restaurant. The spinach was delivered cold at the neighbouring table. Until warm spinach general Marius, the rest was cold. That's annoying. Everything was OK with us again. Beautiful view of the on and off ships.

We stayed over the weekend at the Hotel Seemöwe in Einruhr to visit the Christmas markets in Monschau and Aachen. We were kindly received and the gentleman behind the reception helped us to organise a taxi (bring it and pick it up) as the Christmas market in Monschau was so crowded that we would have had to park the car 7 km in front of Monschau. Our room was cozy, clean and had a balcony, but we didn't use it due to the weather. One evening we ate at the hotel restaurant, the food was very tasty, extremely good. You can't ask for more for the money. We will recommend the Hotel Seemöwe. All the staff were very friendly without exception.

Overbooked, rude and racist speech against its foreign guests. Avoid if you are an independent international traveller!

Musty and service idea absent … the whole hotel smells strictly of old fryer fat … no safety locks on the doors … a forgotten charging cable was only wanted to be sent to me when I was transferred of 15 euros! Thank you no … never again this house!

Extremely outdated. The room that I first received complained I was due to nasty stench and creaking bed (from the really eckligen carpet times aside). My complaint was received very kindly and I was given another room. The bed was better, you could ventilate without the smell of illuminating from the kitchen, there was mildew in the bathroom and the fan was full of dust and spider weaving. The (felt? ) 50 year old carpet had a Brandloch and the furnishings were modern in the 70s.

We lift a few very nice days with our club spent there. The staff and the family Wollgarte is very attentive and friendly. Our group was great and almost everyone, it seemed to me, had extra wishes and even in the biggest hype, the young employees cared for each one, great praise. The food was extremely tasty and the rooms clean. The location at the Rursee or In the national park is very nice, many sights are within 30 minutes reach and for hikers the Eifel is a dream, National Park and high Venn have really nice hiking trails! I'm sure we'll see each other again!

A very nice and well maintained hotel right on the Rursee overlooking the lake. The staff is very accommodating and well-recorded! For this I can recommend the good bourgeois cuisine only herrzlichst just like the clean and cozy furnished rooms!
We are looking forward to our next stay.

I did not know that time travel existed until I stayed in this hotel. Service is good, the hotel and rooms are very clean. It is remarkable that such an old fashioned interior is in such a good shape. If you love the designs of late 80's, beginning '90, this is the place to stay!

Very friendly staff and great host, we have been completely satisfied. Luckily, we had caught this year the first rays of the Sun and could also enjoy the location before the Lake. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was also fine. We would come back in any case if we once again would like to stay in the Eifel! Thank you for the beautiful days!

Great Hotel with super friendly staff. We are with our club for 5 days in the Seagull, and had a lot of fun. The food was very good, the Service attentive and helpful and the prices very fair. We can the Hotel Seagull with the best of our Knowledge and belief and recommend!

A week ago we were at the Hotel Seagull, led by the family Wollgarten. My husband and I love family run Hotels such as the Seagull. The boss has us very nice to receive his cordial manner has contributed to the fact that we have this holiday will not soon be forgotten. The staff have us each desire from the eyes to read. The Hotel and room were very clean and tidy. Our room was large and brightly decorated. On the balcony we could see the beautiful views of the lake. The Breakfast buffet was very diverse, and with the price of 5€ is very cheap. The lunch and dinner were very good, were here, too, the portions are large and cheap. The Hotel also has its own bakery, all sorts of cakes and pies manufactures. Very tasty, you can taste that it's homemade. The Hotel Seagull, I can fully recommend it!

Excelent hotel, great quiet location, friendly staff, superb food!

Beautiful getaway — highly recommended Very nice Guesthouse with a great location and beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. We were received very friendly. The rooms are beautifully furnished, cozy and bright. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The Breakfast buffet is varied, everything is fresh and tasty. Wishes will be gladly met. By the landlord, by the way, there are tips and suggestions for the design of the stay.

We were over Easter there and felt very comfortable there. Rooms and Hotel very well maintained. Breakfast on Easter Sunday was very nicely made with Chocolat Easter bunnies and eggs. Family Wollgarten was very nice and accommodating.

A wonderful stay We were very excited for a short trip to Einruhr and both the environment as well, especially from the hotel Seagull. The couple that runs the business is engaged mad and takes care of every little concern for all guests.

We will come back and recommend you further! In the last three years we have been in the Eifel different Hotels tried and were honestly never really happy or excited, that we would come back. The search is over: From now on only here. In the rooms, you will feel immediately comfortable (are differently designed, with antique furniture) very clean, well maintained and neat. The whole house exudes kindness, it is in a Top location. In the morning there is a buffet Breakfast with very good selection. The audience is very pleasant. A large car Park is 1 minute away, that we with our larger car, convenient Parking, and were all easy to reach on foot.

We were Now in for coffee there. Had, among Other things, Schwarzwälderkirschtorte ordered. Such a bad piece of cake, we still have nowhere purposed to get. Which was anything like fresh. The cream was yellowish and more cream like cream. This was the coffee and the Cappuccino lau warm. Guests old cake put in front is a NO-GO. You could in the poorly lit Kuchenvitrine but also do not realize they are no longer fresh. At Best you are looking for just the cake, the still almost full and not with other varieties on a plate in the corner to the Rear. We are this Cafe NO longer visit and also not recommend.
