Absolutely terrible place the owner is a conman and a lier we were a group of 22 the house was offered up to 26 persons with 12 bedroom on suite but only around 9 rooms and a handful of bathrooms available and people with no room we had to have people sleeping on settee or floor and one room had a broken bed that the owner knows was broken but still blaming our group we had a towel that fell in the garden but we were unable to retrieve as garden overgrown with nettles and deep grass and on first night we had nowhere to put everyone so three couples spent there first night in other hotels in the area at our own cost until we could spend the next making areas with some sort of privacy but still unacceptable and owner couldn’t careless and just lied and lied so anyone thinking of going just don’t bother… This guy still has our deposit… This place is now a self catering not a hotel that upkeep is non existent we left this place cleaner than when we arrived. Plus most of the windows don't open no handle's especially in kitchen area and no fire equipment at all available and as you can see in one of the photos one of the Double rooms doesn’t even have a door fitted.
Worst place ever! Not as it was advertised, if people book this place they are mad too do so.

Was supposed to have on suite for all in our group. It didn't. Worst place I've ever stayed at. Could not get through to back garden as blocked off unless you wanted to climb over fence. Towels were dirty. Inside was supposed to of been cleaned but cobwebs in bedroom. If I could give it a minus rating I woul. Don't waste you money stopping here.
