Bathroom door was broken, did not close, balcony door did not open properly. Breakfast staff could be friendlier. Flying over jam and co. Dinner (was delicious) a lot of money, little on the plate.

Rooms were clean.

Crossed… A little bit of the years. Personal part partly motiviert/sometimes waited very long for order. Beds comfortable and breakfast great. The rooms are ring-hated.

Rooms were really outdated, carpet smelled really bad and flies were EVERYWHERE! We were supposed to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant, but it was impossible to have any appetite and take food from buffet while flies were just chilling on all the food prepared. All hotel staff was acting like it is totally normal to have flies everywhere around.

The house makes a comfortable impression and the staff is friendly and anxious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room good, clean and with balcony. A bit noisy, but each guest behaves differently…
Free Wi-Fi throughout the house. In the room the reception was not so good.
Food was hearty and lekker.
The swimming pool with whirlpool and sauna area was also very nice!
The location is ideal for families, as the Eifelpark has its entrance right next door.

It is always pleasant to be a guest in this hotel. It is certainly not a marble palace, as one would prefer to see it, but it is precisely for this reason that the hotel with its 70 years of charm is something beautiful. It's all functional. The food is top notch. The price is also reasonable. If you can say anything at all, you could extend the breakfast time to 10:30 pm. Guests who expect a magnificent palace will prefer to go to the Schickimickihochburgen. If you pay an overnight stay, I have a few days of vacation in the Waldhaus Eifel. I am looking forward again to my next stay in the Waldhaus Eifel.

The food is good only some conditions are very rude.

We were allowed to enjoy New Year's menu in the restaurant and enjoy the word it really describes. Great, attuned gears, each one for himself a delight. Very attentive service. We have enjoyed the annual accounts to the fullest.

Very friendly staff, beautiful hot tub with sauna and swimming pool, kitchen air food not so good and overpriced, hotel rooms come in the years (80-er style) and not quite clean.

My rating only covers the restaurant, as I didn't stay at thehotel. My family and I have accustomed to east here after each visit of the adjacent amusement park Eifelpark. The food is good at reasonable prices and the staff has always been nice and welcoming.

Is a nice hotel, but something is coming in the years. Staff very friendly, but Wlan/Wifi is underground. Verdict: Clean and quiet.

Near to Eifelpark but no 3 Star hotel.

This surprising little hotel, located adjacent to the Eifel Park in Gondorf, absolutely surpassed my expectations! From check-in to check-out, the staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. Also, the rooms are very comfortable, and the restaurant has some of the best food I've had in Germany. There is also a 7.5 km walking loop from the hotel to Phillipsheim, Speicher, Dudeldorf, and back to Gondorf that is visually stunning! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and want to come back!

Dated but clean and tidy. Rooms are in need of a revamp but still do the job. I had a wild boar and deer meal in the evening, strangely the steaks were on toast but that's what had me interested. Was enjoyable with a Bitburger beer and not a ridiculous price. The hotel is part of a theme park with rides and animals though didn't experience it. Work organised the hotel so was a surprise to find that out, but it did explain the curious signs and animal statues dotted around the place. Surrounding towns are Gondorf and Dudeldorf which offer pretty much nothing but if you have a wander around you'll surely end up finding a small shop.

Friendly staff, good restaurant and a nice peaceful retreat! Rooms are a little dated like most places in this region, but other than that everything else was great!

As pizza, a frozen pizza is served for 7, €50, however. After all, it's a high-quality pizza.

I lived in Bitburg six years and spent many days and evenings there and can assure you that the Effiel Park Gondorf is first class in every way! The staff, setting, food, etc. Are wonderful.

I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel for 2 months and have nothing but good things to say about it. Very clean and well maintained hotel with a very friendly staff. The hotel has many things to keep your stay pleasant including indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, tanning beds, kegelbahn (German bowling) and an excellent restaurant.
