Simple rooms without a refrigerator, large dining room with long tables, not exactly cozy, just former military object and apparently not much made / renovated.

We had from 27. — 29.7. A very pleasant stay in the hotel, rooms were clean, staff friendly, we are happy to come back ☺☺

You can enjoy drinking something in the evening. And very dear staff.

This is where a mass check-in takes place, unfortunately all my savings went into these 3 days of holiday.
The food is bad, finished and the dessert consists only of rum. Nice for all the people who want to get drunk here.
It's loud in the dining room and everything seems more like a hospital here.
Everything seems very disorganized. And nobody knows what the other says we should get a welcome drink and no one has given us one.
The water of the shower was also only lukewarm and a price is charged for Wi-Fi, which is three euros for 24 hours. Incredibly.
I am really insignificantly disappointed.
Breakfast addendum: A lot of choice and better than dinner.

Back in the Eifel Star for years. Room continues to be great but the DJ disappoints all along the line. Helene perfect unknown, Sean Paul hasn't arrived here yet, so unfortunately only three stars.

Lots of parking, clean rooms, nice service. When you eat, you don't always come after, but there are also several large groups.

Good value for money, the food tastes, the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, not ne defective lamp has been renewed for 2 days.

We were there for a crime thriller dinner yesterday … the room was simple but clean … it matched the price/performance ratio … the food as well as the breakfast were super delicious and the staff extraordinarily freundich and helpful.

Quite okay … something noisy in the dining room … if many guests showers is only Lau warm possible.

Nice place for a drink. Rooms are fine and Restaurant is always a nice place to stay.

Perfect value for money! The rooms are spacious and clean. The dinner and breakfast buffet were adequate and tasty. The partly young backup staff (or apprentices? ) in the restaurant seemed a bit overwhelmed and a smile could not have harmed but they were trying…
Reception totally nice and helpful.
In the evening the beer Festival was in the Festhalle and the live band was really great. Music is a matter of taste but singing and Stimmungmachen were able to.
For a weekend absolutely recommended!

I celebrated my bachelor party here with friends. Through the bar in the hotel and the dance discotheque we could spend a great evening here.

This time the breakfast was not as sumptuous as usual as I think I was the only guest.

All in all good accommodation. Hassle-free booking, and even hassle-free, short-term change from double to single room. Clean rooms with everything you need. No luxury, but for the price is perfectly fine. World class: The Disco and the Flyingbar! Only deduction for the poor breakfast.

Stopped in the 80s. For groups (companies or clubs) but OK.
Staff is not super motivated.

Friendly staff. Good food and clean rooms.

Simple hotel, suitable for groups. Very large, lots of space for cars or motorcycles.

Nice hotel in a really good, nice and central location, if you have car :) Trier, Luxemburg, Bitburg are really close by. The rooms are big for families 2+2 beds and even baby bed, really clean and reasonably modern. The buffet in the restaurant, for breakfast and dinner, is good enough, not too much variation but well done. The personal is really nice and quite efficient, always willing to improve to make your experience better: they give us a new voucher for an amusement park after using the first one because a lot of attractions were closed, gave an small ice-cream to our 2 years old son one day that he could not eat so well, really friendly.

Very basic hotel but does the trick if you are passing through. Rooms are clean and food is cheap (but not great).

Very bad food, Wi-Fi is not included and slow. The room looker old and the shower needed some repair… the location is outside of Bitburg.

To endure with enough alcohol. A Converted Barracks Building. Noisy, only partially modernised. The Hotel is on a former military site, the social and visual environment is not very inviting. Gastronomic performance is satisfactory. Entire facility no longer meets the Standard. Mass processing for large groups. Must I not again …

On the descending Branch. No further… Meal 5 —, rooms 5, equipment 6, only the path from the Parking lot to the entrance speaks for itself. Creepy! However, friendly staff.

I have been really many Hotels visited. That there is something there you can't believe! As someone has U. S. Military bought up and converted into a Hotel! The cook have probably forgotten as the Americans left the country? The food was inedible. Really bad! Here everything seems to be out of the bag/box. As I said, inedible, and this is nicely expressed! NEVER AGAIN!

Up on the stains on the carpet, first class Service. Very nice staff.

Hotel is nice, clean, but lacking some amenities that I guest I am acustomed too. No irons, microwaves or refridgerator. But it is spacious, water pressure is good and plenty of hot water. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

It is not luxury accommodations, but for the Eifel trippers sufficient. Somehow it has a unique charm of its own. Breakfast was good and sufficient.

We were yesterday (Christmas Eve) with an 8 person company with them and were super friendly served. The refurbished buffet was delicious with a great selection. A very successful evening, we would love to come back! Many thanks for the great Service. We wish the entire Team a very Merry Christmas.

The hotel is suitable for group rides as you already all day on the road is, but otherwise is it something far away from the city. We were very pleased with the food, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, buffet dinner was not too big but it tasted good and that is the main thing. The room was very spacious but the cleanliness in the room to be desired toilet was bekleckst with splashes of urine, carpet has seen long time no vacuum cleaner. I have the ills at the reception in which would be departure reported the lady has very bad and said that I just had to report it because in the hotel, an outside cleaning company cleans, and they then held accountable. Otherwise it was a very nice stay at the hotel and in the Eifel.

We go at least once in the year in the Eifelstern 5 years now. Have fun it's always tip. That the times according to it, where the whole clubs there are is obvious. If someone doesn't want to, he should inquire before, when it is the best. The staff was always very nice and we had always plenty to eat. Everyone has a different concept of fun. If you really want to experience a great weekend with lots of fun and good music, is right there. We are most definitely this year back.

We were now 3 days there at the hotel and I can just all say that there only negative have experienced no idea. The staff friendly and obliging. The room was worth more than three star, dinner menu or buffet breakfast was good and also inexpensive we will go there next year. ALE has been motorcycle riders you in other houses that were more expensive and have shown less. So people themselves go and see that it is better than many here write.
