Very chic ambience, directly on the Ahr, opposite the spa garden and close to the city. First-class service, great rooms, good cuisine. All in all highly recommended.

Great ambience. When checking in it was a bit bumpy, because of two booked double rooms, only one double room and one single room was accepted. But the misunderstanding was quickly and kindly resolved. Overall very friendly staff. Super room, great breakfast buffet and very attentive service. All in all very friendly and always trying to find solutions to all problems.
Clearly recommend able to continue!

We stayed 3 days in Steigenberger. We liked it very much. The breakfast was top-notch, the rooms clean and appealing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will certainly book again.

The Steigenberger in Bad Neuenahr is also worth a further departure. The tradition of the house is also reflected in the building substance, but I cared for everything. The restaurant on site is outstanding. In front of the house are limited for parking spaces, a public parking garage is 100m away.

Very luxurious Hotel, huge. Very nice elegant rooms. I did not give five because dinner very expensive and all three people with whom I spoke (Hostess/steward) spoke very little English.

Great hotel, very nice staff. The rooms are very nice and appealing, even a small complaint we had was immediately turned off. It's just fun to walk through the corridors of the wellness area, very spacious and impressive. Highly recommended.

Service Excellent! The superior room is very spacious with walk-in wardrobe and rain shower. The kitchen in the hotel restaurant is very tasty also suitable for the discerning palate. The hotel building is huge with connected therapy area, gym, swimming pool and sauna.

I'm sure it was sumptuous. Unfortunately, it has been a long time. Everywhere old carpet, also in the rooms, for me as house dust — allergy not recommended at all. Strange smell in the rooms, despite airing. Clean. Very hard mattress and for that too thin pillow. I got a second on demand immediately but anyway, every morning everything hurts me. The room is not cleaned properly, does not meet my standards and certainly not for a hotel of this price range. Breakfast is very good, lunch is quite o. K. But not outstanding, for the price I would definitely go outside eating. About the staff I can only say positive, all very accommodating and friendly.

Very nice hotel. Clean and modern rooms. Very nice bathroom. However, parking at the hotel is scarce. The only alternative is to avoid the nearby public parking garage. Also the lack of Wi-Fi in the room disturbs.

Very nice hotel. After the renovation the rooms became very nice. Also for parents with small children there are very nice possibilities to stay there. The bathrooms are a dream and the new beds invite you to sleep. The swimming pool would have to be renovated. The hotel is located in a top location. All in all a great hotel.

A very nice hotel — perfect for relaxing! We have arrived for the fourth time, during this stay we were even able to get one of the coveted parking spaces right in front of the house. The room covered was very spacious and extremely clean. Any service in the house has been extremely courteous and always on Zack. We'll be happy to come back!

The hotel as well as the place bad Neuenahr are especially recommended for our seniors. The hotel offers everything you would want for a pleasant and quiet stay. The swimming pool may have been a little bit over the years but will still be very much visited.
The breakfast is top. No wishes remain open. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and very spacious.
In the village itself there are many good restaurants such as The Le Mans or the brewery and also shopping can be quite good.
For Christmas there is a great Christmas market here. Especially when it has become dark, this is very nice. So all in all highly recommended.

Was booked with an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was not ready as booked at 3pm. We got a champagne coupon for the bar; However, no one was to be found there. The room was not released until about 4pm. At the top we found a fridge full of leftover food (cabbage salad, bad smelling meatballs, old buns) from the predecessor. On the floor were single tablets. Thus it was found that not even had been sucked. The beds were also poorly done. After all, they found themselves at the Steigenberger!
Never again this hotel!

Loved the breakfast buffet, the staff was very friendly and the bed was excellent. At arrival we were upgraded to the deluxe room which was huge, with sofa corner, dressing and big bathroom. However for such a nice hotel I was disappointed not to find an ironing board in my room. The hotel bistrot also closed at 10pm which I think is too early (most of the menu being already unavailable at 9.30) parking for 13€/day is also overpriced.

Good hotel in the upper class. Very nice room and very good food. 1 star deduction for the bar. The staff is slow and the service does not fit into a 4 star hotel.

Top classic style Spa Hotel. Food and service are very good. Friendly atmosphere but my family were among the youngest hotel guests.

Lovely hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable, however, the air conditioning is centrally controlled and was turned off at night. It was quite warm for our taste, we even opened the windows, not optimal when traveling with an infant. The service was great. David, who was taking care of their pool area, was very nice to us.

Buffet breakfast in the best quality. The restaurant offers a tasty, seasonal cuisine. Friendly, attentive staff.
The indoor thermal pool and the own water fountain with its tasty medicinal water round off the picture.

Absolute recommendation!

Initially much on that was no Porter here who would care car and luggage?
The car park is situated relatively far away and also is not inclusive, in the hotel price which restaurant m. E. Should be normal for a 4-5-star.
The reception area was occupied, watch only with a staff in the evening at approx. 20 00 which resulted in quite a long wait, because there longer was on the phone!
The birthday was not congratulated also, what would have been surely possible due to the application. Instead both the soup and the main course was delivered in the bistro at 3 occupied tables incorrectly. For that, the waiter was but then very communicative, although we not had encouraged him to do so. Even if we got 2 espresso on BB´s House, something is not worthy of a such high quality House.
The rooms were excellent… the bathroom however not properly clean (shower was calcified and calcareous deposits on faucet).
The water in the sink was absolutely reluctantly despite removal of the plug.
The service was improved in the morning… normal would be that all employees 'Good morning' to say… and if you can have breakfast clock to 11 00, one feels it as funny if 10 50 any of the staff pointed out that you just close the buffet. Omelet was already gone at 10: 00 BB´s.
Overall, we were expecting us more of the "Steigenberger".

Nice hotel, good rooms. Rich breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly. But on the fourth floor, the water pipes are very, very loud. The shower of neighbors woke me up in the middle of the night with a loud roar. This may at a four star hotel do not occur.

Instead, the preference for a Smoking/non-Smoking rooms to ask for, we were first in a Smoking room checked in. Hotel is in a Prime location at the Kurpark, otherwise everything is a bit dusty and with a little bit of friendly staff. Long way to the Spa and beauty area. As well as the connected beauty farm, little kindness, mediocre treatments. Product sales is in the foreground.
