Worked well from booking to check out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room sufficiently large and clean. Good solution to the "breakfast problem" during the Covid lockdown.

I see myself good at coffee service she has not made a friendly and no decent oh many mistakes. I am ex with worker Maritim hotel. To all are no reason to find this so bad. Next time we will see.

I stay in hotels all over Europe and by far loved this the most. Even better is I have to visit again two more times this month.

We were accommodated by eurowings after a delayed flight at the hotel.
Of course, as a backpacker you are not necessarily a regular at this hotel. However, we were treated so disparagingly by the entire service that we felt really uncomfortable.
Food and rooms were wonderful. But who wants to stay in a hotel that doesn't want to have one.

Large, slightly old house, partly renovated. Directly on the Rhine but: bright rooms, bathrobe and slippers only on demand. The sauna could not be opened with the room card or was out of service. Friendly staff, moderate cuisine, expensive drinks.

Everything is just right here. The location on the Rhine is of course class. The staff is attentive and always very friendly.

Unfortunately, the visitors no longer belong to the former demanding clientele.
Therefore, it is very noisy.
The buffet, whether lunch or evening, is no longer recommended. What a pity!

A very nice hotel located directly on the Rhine with a very nice terrace. Nice staff, a very good breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires. Even in the evening the buffet is sufficient and delicious. The rooms are very spacious.

5 * For breakfast gargantuan, 2 * for dinner (shabby desserts, medium dishes, barely better entries), 3 * For the pool which is very nice but contrary to what is advertised (water at 27 °c), it was icy, 5 * for the restaurant room, 4 * For the room, its cleanliness, its fridge but too hot even with Airco, 3 * For the friendliness of the staff (either very friendly or unpleasant according to the people). Can improve.

Hotel is very nice, stayed for 2 nights on business. The room was a good size, and well equipped. The restaurant food was good and the service prompt. Breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold buffet. The swimming pool is a nice size, but for some reason they charge for access to the gym, thus only 4 stars otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I would recommend the hotel.

Absolutely brilliant waiter. Top seasonal offers. Asparagus could be a little less Alden. Dessert First Class.

Since we were at an event at the Dragon Rock track were a good way of staying overnight. Room clean and OK. The breakfast was also okay. Suitable for a weekend in King's winter…

The hotel is really nice. The saltaré could be friendlier. At the time I stayed there the hotel was under renovation or having some repairs done, therefore one of the 2 elevators was out of order and the view to the river was blocked in some rooms.

Located directly on the Rhine, the rooms of the hotel were completely renovated. Good beds, great showers. Service attentively.

That is an excellent place to hide away from the chaos of a city and enjoy some romantic time in a quiet and comfortable place. Our room was really big with amazing new tropical-rain shower and giant bed. We were especially thrilled by clean swimming pool and new saunas. The service was a bit slow in the evening but it was still ok. The bar is pretty big, the personnel was friendly. The place itself is between the river and a Drajenfels mountain which is super cool for hiking or just a stroll along the river. I wonder why this hotel is 4 stars but not 5 :) Seriously, the best choice for couples wishing to spend some quiet spa weekend.

Room was quite good, staff relatively friendly in handling. Breakfast in the price range of the Maritim's own claim still had some air up.

I was very satisfied. Good rooms, new and modern TV's, Friendly personal. My most favorite hotel in Bonn region. Unfortunately is sometimes booked ; (So when it is possible I recommend to visit.

Hotel from another time on the Rhine. However, much has been done in recent years. So the rooms and hallways have been redesigned and refurbished. The cocktail bar is very cosy and priced for a hotel bar within the framework and quite a bit for locals as well. I haven't visited the restaurant yet.

Hotel Nickel. Very nice hotel But big B-MOL half board. The evening buffet is repetitive and very tiring especially after 3 days. Same cold entrance Buffet. The same hot Buffet except for a close dish. And lamentable dessert buffet. For a starry hotel The buffet is really a goodbye. Very very disappointing.

My hotel room was very beautilful. It was calm which was importált forint me. The services — cleaning, reception, restaurant — were excellent. The foods were delecious and various. I can advise it for everybody.

Beautifully located on the Rhine with very well located underground parking. The rooms have been refurbished in recent years, so they look chic and modern and have a very pleasant shower. Unfortunately I have not yet managed to take time for the fitness area, because this is supposed to be very beautiful.

Very nice rooms and a great breakfast. There is also a very inviting bar in the evening. On top of that, it is ideally located to the Royal Winter Ferry station.

Were on site for a conference. Nice staff and a nice bright conference room. Food was also good.

Good for vacation, terrible for business. Bad free internet. Non working paid internet. Poor transportation connectivity but great river views. No other life surrounding the hotel.

The rooms are newly renovated and the staff is extremely nice. We liked it. The view of the Rhine is also beautiful, we were able to catch the passing ships from the bed.

We were part of a group and treated as such. Separated from the 'profitable' customers! Clean hotel but watch out for the room cleaners. Knock, no reply = clean. Even if you were in the shower and couldn't get to the door!

All the greatness of this fine hotel ruined by Internet speeds and round trip (3000ms) fit for 1990s era. I called the reception and this is a known problem. Looks like management is ignoring it and all blame rains on poor receptionists.

Nice hotel with restaurant, bar and terrace view to relax. Friendly service and clean. Room size is comfortable.

The service was top. The food menu is also old, corresponding is also the food. Wholesale kitchen sat food stop, the chefs have no professional honor at all kart dishes. The bathtubs have places where the paint is off, at least in rooms 120 and 122. Whether the rooms have been made new. Oh and the price increases, for what? Maybe something will change in terms of price performance.

Even though the hotel has 4 stars, the rooms themselves appear very outdated to me. It looks like a room from the 80s. A lot of the parking area was occupied by various furniture and such, so that may change very soon. Unfortunately the parking for handicapped people was also occupied, so you couldn't use those parking spaces. The room was also not very friendly for handicapped people. The shower was in the bath, and that won't work when you're handicapped. Other then that, the breakfast and the view are great. I didn't use any of the other facilities, so I don't know about those.

Who is billeted in this hotel I'm sorry — unfortunately.
Have occurred in the years, the Interior is outdated, my bed is the location, the Chair has his best years behind him, the springs make contact with the back.
The TV, an old tube is so small and so out of focus image, which can be seen from the bed of not really something. The remote control works only if she want to.
Behind the sink, the mould in silicone at the bath (at least) dissolves collects the alloy. The maid has nothing better to do than to leave my stuff through the area and so arranged, like him.

I wanted to sleep on the terrace!

Unfortunately, I must forgive a star, but in fact even that is too much. I can remember ever so bad to have eaten here. The dumplings were soft and spongy, simply unpalatable. I recommend the chef a Fort educational trip to Bavaria, here he can learn in any simple restaurant as good Spätzle have to look and taste. The Sauerbraten tough and hard, at least the dog forward.
Despite all very nice operation, which of course could not do anything for the incompetence of the chef.
All in all: really sorry to the nice view!

You can overnight of course somewhat modern (there are more CRT TVs), but the car park is spacious, friendly reception and the breakfast rich and versatile.

We spent new year's Eve here and were not as enthusiastic as our anticipation's suspect left.
It was a family trip. Our room was pretty in the years. Against age can not clean at the staff.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only lack the necessary overview and experience.
The food at breakfast is fielseitig unfortunately the baked goods were all very solid.
But the biggest shortcoming was the hotel's pool. He is much too cold for the winter time. If children volunteered to go out after five minutes and say it's too cold then is saved here at the wrong end.
