Super-equipped rooms at an affordable price. And also in the Restaurant the price/ performance ratio was right.

This rating is for the pub/restaurant at the back of the hotel. *********Rude pub/resrestaur owner. I would have rate this negative star if there's this option! We did ask if they accept credit card payments before we order anything and was told by waiter that they do. Once Sat down then pub owner told our children to take off their shoes else they are not allowed to sit down on the bench, when we finished meal, pub owner then argue with us saying they don't accept credit cards. He then force us to apologise and put a surcharge on our payments. I would not recommend this place and definitely not children friendly!

We were pleasantly surprised during our stay. The rooms are very spacious and harmoniously rustic.

The staff is friendly.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, we have reserved for 13 people a table. We wanted to take food and drinks to us. Have reserved by phone in December. Unfortunately, the location was closed after a long walk. We had a short phone call with the manager, and we were told the hotel was busy and he would want his rest. It was not open to us despite reservation.

Very fast response to emails and very straightforward contact. Despite cancellation, very customer friendly. There were no cancellation fees or other due, although we cancelled due to illness, very short term for 5 people. Thank you!

Unfortunately had to cancel at short notice since my son was injured at the foot and not allowed to occur and we wanted to go to the Fort Fun Park. Unfortunately, the hotel owner did not get me a piece and even demanded 100% cancellation fees, although I offered him to send the letter to him. Pity, but such a hotel I will neither support nor recommend!

Delicious food and a nice place to stay for cyclists on the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path! We felt very comfortable!
