Quietly located. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet rich and fresh. Very wide selection. In points cleanliness no deficiency. Price performance ratio okay.

We stayed with 7 people at the hotel for the Pokemon Safari event, and are very satisfied. Staff is super friendly and attentive, breakfast is hammer delicious and versatile. I slept like a baby.
The only shortcoming is really the construction site behind the hotel, but it will certainly be ready at some point. I would stay there again and again if I had something to do near Dortmund.

Unfortunately no air conditioning in the rooms very bad nothing for city people as it is quite far away bus connections but there.

Price Performance is outstanding. Very spacious Breakfast room and Conservatory. Rooms very tastefully decorated. Terasses at the House. Breakfast is the Hammer.

Single room The bed is too small. Toilet too small. Bottle of water to welcome mer not. There is nothing to see from the park except a pile of rubble. Agreed positive was the breakfast.

No elevator. Room clean. The staff friendly. At breakfast the lady who was responsible for it, on both days we had the same private clothes on. We didn't just find that very hygienic. She also did not wear gloves when filling the food.

The Hotel is Okay you can recommend further. The Location is not the best.

Value for money ok. Rooms sufficiently large and clean. The door stick in the bathroom should also have been cancelled after the repair had been carried out. The environment is not very welcoming. Very light-heared rooms. Unfortunately, the bus from the city centre only runs until 21::30. We had to take a taxi for the way back. Breakfast was rich. Unfortunately, only filter coffee from the thermos.

All right. Clean rooms and toilets. Rich breakfast and very friendly and accommodating staff. The beds are in need of getting used to the room. Nightlife and restaurant within walking distance.
If you sleep in the open window, you should know that there is a railway line nearby.

It's OK to spend one night, the walls are thin and you hear the movements of the other rooms, but it is bearable, the German buffet breakfast is fine to start the day. The cost-service ratio seems fair to me.
