Very friendly and dedicated staff. For 3 stars fine, already a bit habitual. The breakfast for 17.50 was good and rich — appropriate to the price — although by the onslaught and too few staff everything was already briefly swept empty — this could be better organized. View of the pond is recommended. Otherwise the "city" is terrible.

The hotel is very nicely located by a lake. For children is a nice playground nearby. The service is excellent. We had booked an overnight stay incl. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet was rich and very good quality. It was also constantly re-energised. The rooms are a little audible and at a few corners in the bathroom would have to be renovated. But it bothered us so much because we were only there one night.

Located Downtown Marl. Quite noisy but comfortable rooms and a very good and fresh breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and takes care. We spent the night in a family room and were very satisfied with our stay.

Booked a family room for parents and two kids. Basically a room with a bed and a sleeping couch. No floor space what so ever. Air conditioning not working. Had to find another hotel as it was 36 degrees Celsius that day. Also no safety deposit box as stated in description. Restaurant only serving buffet of mediocre quality Not able to recommend.

— incredible volume through frogs and geese at night. Sleeping without Ohropax is not possible.
— Room hard to ventilate/stuffy
— hardly any service in the "bar" after 10pm, at most quickly a beer from cult
— RestautantCard is very meagre, as is the quality of the food
— bad coffee.

Nice restaurant nice friendly staff… help where it goes next. Renting of seminar rooms are great to recommend, every wish is met friendly. I'd like to come back.

I can't recommend it to anyone. Lack of hygiene. Outlet cover hung loose rum. Shower Rod was not fixed and turned constantly while showering. Indoor bathroom with no window and no ventilation system. Breakfast was good.

Broadly good. But not for everyone because the lake is pretty close to the hotel and the animals can sometimes become very noisy.

Nice hotel to find Marl. They also have small Jacuzzi and lot of breakfast options to choose.

Beautifully located on a lake off the thoroughfares and yet central, the Montana is a nice hotel with good Wi-Fi and Internet. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very very kind. But all in all recommended!

The people that work at the reception had a great sense of humor, Lara Taber, but it threw me off upon arrival because she has no personal Erfahrungen mit mir! Very sweet people and nice room with a view!

The hotel is simply great. ☺ The staff at the reception are very very friendly. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Complaints will be rectified immediately. The breakfast buffet is simply class A great choice and something for everyone. The staff at the restaurant are also very accommodating and friendly. I just have to say I have been here several times and find it always nice the location very quiet but nevertheless central; A shopping mall nearby. Wonderfully quiet location with a park. I can always recover wonderfully here. So continue I find you just tip ☺ I will definitely come back!

Very nice stay, room mostly very clean (also on the Closet & the lamps). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sauna/Relaxation area quite pleasantly designed. I would recommend it again.

Nice hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds enough large bathroom with bathtub and delicious breakfast. Quiet but still centrally located.

Very good for a short trip, Great Park to take a walk with dog. A few minutes to the Marler Stern. Quiet area. Very dog friendly, even for breakfast and in the restaurant dogs were allowed. The service at the information is great, very friendly and accommodating. GSR could not be better. A star deduction is available for the restaurant and breakfast. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and the food was very nice. Some meals were out of stock, the burgers for kids were frozen food, ketchup or Majo to the fries were available only on demand.

We were only there for a short time but we had a nice reception despite small difficulties that could be solved.
The breakfast buffet was rich and varied and the breakfast times from 6 a. M. To 10 a. M. Were very moderate.
Also in the evening in the restaurant the service was very nice and the food tasty.
At the reception there were always fresh apples ready and a huge bowl of sweets.
I would always like to check in here.

Nice place to stay when staying overnight moviepark. At end of the day there is a long line of slow moving cars on the road going to the motorway. This hotel is the first possible turn of that road and then about 15 minutes drive. Surrounding is nice with a lake near, good for a stroll. Breakfast is nice, not to elaborate but has everything you need and what I wanted (no English btw). Rooms are nice and excellent for working. I did have a small spiderweb high up in hallway (I'm tall and I cannot reach it and it explains why 4 starts instead of 5). I would stay here again for work and visit to moviepark.

A good hotel located near a little lake. The rooms were spacious and clean, although not "soundproof". The furniture was slightly dated but fully functional. Service was excellent with enthousiastic personnel and a superb breakfast.

The hotel is situated near the lake and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is modern, breakfasts and dinners were really tasty. The rooms are comfortable with all necessary equipment. One minus — the bathroom was a little bit of old design. In general we enjoyed staying in this hotel.

This hotel is a nice, clean hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room I was in had several defective light switches but the lights could be turned on individually. The bed is a cheap spring mattress… not good for those with back problems. The complimentary hot breakfast is good. Overall, it is a decent hotel with a good staff and nice amenities.

Better than expected, rooms pretty big, right price performance ratio, not far to the S-Bahn.

At least when you book a family room in this hotel as a family with 2 children. This hotel is a small double room is converted the couch to the bed including namely, then you can move around but hardly in the room. Friendly service or communication is not unfortunately also the strengths of this hotel.
Only the breakfast was surprisingly good. Therefore at least one star.
