Mid range hotel for urgent check-in and check-out. Nothing special except friendly staff and hotel location.

The bed is really small, the surroundings noisy and there's no air conditioning — the air is very bad in summer. The staff is polite but you need to give them your key when leaving — and it happens that the reception is left unattended so you don't know what to do with the key. The free tea — which they claim to offer to their guests on various websites — will only be provided if you ask for it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Breakfast buffet for £10 doesn't offer much choice. Bed in single room very small. Staff very friendly and rooms relatively clean. The equipment has already come in the years. Underground car park with 10€ per night very expensive.

Very nice hotel. A bit eighty but clean and comfortable. Extremely attentive service.

Room was ridiculously outdated. The mattress was lumpy and thin, and the shower felt like an airplane lavatory. However, the hospitality was helpful and informative.

I just can't believe that anybody gave more than two stars! The hotel is one of the worst german hotels I have ever been. The only good thing to mention that they try to keep the hotel clean. Towels are overused. Furniture is approx 25 years old. The oldest lift I have ever seen too. The lift is so old I am four rooms away from the lift and can hear every dam noise of this elevator… Never again!

Quite dated but clean. In need of renovation. Difficult to access owing to the numerous one way systems. Good price and acceptably comfortable. In both of the rooms I stayed in the shower head moved after turning the tap on so I could only shower with one hand holding the shower head. Not really on uh!?

Good breakfast, but the building and its interior are rather dated.

Very friendly, funny and nice staff! Perfect service to help you to go anywhere or simply to find a restaurant. The hotel is easy to find, and near the train station or/and bus stop. If you need to go anywhere, the staff will help you to find schedules of buses, train, etc. Thank you for your welcome.

Not the newest of interior design (single room) but the service levels and friendliness of the staff are unsurpassed. I felt very welcome and had a great time. Douglas Dyghton.
