We wanted to end a wonderful bachelor party in the pool. Unfortunately, this one was no longer accessible from 7pm. Although someone was on site, unfortunately, no exception was made. It's a pity that JGA has to end so now.

After opening hours, it is impossible to reach someone. Pool was closed without comment. Toilet not lockable.

Staff very inflexible. Our Rice Group was sad and was only allowed to see the Pool and not use it even though Leadership staff were there.

The room was very nice and the breakfast was lovely. The staff in the morning were very friendly. The staff in the evening when we arrived were not too friendly as there had been a miscommunication regarding the arrival time. My confirmation email said that the reception was open until 22:00, but the reality was that it was open until 19:00 on a Saturday.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very tastefully decorated. Sauna — and wellness friends come to 100% at your expense. 100% Referral!

Hotel is located directly on the main street, unfortunately only parking facilities on side lanes can be found. Hotel in itself very simple, nothing special. Unfortunately, two days of hot water did not go, on the first day was complained but nothing has improved. Far very has only few channels, everything else is locked because there is no CI + card. Breakfast was OK. Possibility of swimming is given.

Many spa treatments at moderate prices. Comfortable rooms, quiet but still central and fast everything reachable.

Good hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly. Clean. Large rooms. Easy and save parking. Aldi and Edeka markets nearby. Nearby Italian restaurant. Easy motorway and city centre access. Recommended.

Once and never again. Musty room, heating defective but full of inappropriate price.

The Hotel & Spa AM Oppsring offers a very good breakfast and very helpful staff.
In addition to the spacious room, which accommodates a small kitchen — which is a bit dated but for the most necessary, the guests are free to use the sauna area.
Only the WLAN has been noticed negatively. Here, unfortunately TP-link WLAN repeater are used which unfortunately very often lose the connection to the main router. So unfortunately I had no internet.
The hotel is located 4 tram stops from "city center" and is therefore still in a good/acceptable location.
Overall, I think this is enough for 4 stars. Who can live with the possibly missing WLAN will be very satisfied with the hotel.

Beautiful spa hotel with saunas and massages, relaxing and quiet.

Unmanned reception. No services fr lunch or dinner. Noone to even help in emergency. Tho kitchen well equipped.

Clean and comfy room, lovely wellness.

Always right. Relax in the wellness, sleep, breakfast. It has also rooms which are very small, or according to inform in advance on the road. Was 6 x here, Wi-Fi is not working always used good.

We were received with great kindness and felt completely comfortable. Especially the breakfast was very good. The hotel is a good choice in the price / performance ratio.

A nice small hotel with very friendly staff. A family atmosphere to the feel good and come back. Only, the bathroom could use some more light and the shower head would be exchanged happy times.
