With Heiner's, you just feel comfortable. You can eat and drink there very well. The ambience is also very good. With professional contacts you can also meet there very well.

Very friendly staff, great Service and a fantastic meal! It was a very successful Candle Light Dinner, that is definitely continue to recommend to.

We were to Breakfast there. Very nice staff, very Attentive. Good Selection. Something for everyone. Coffee as much you want. Price is entirely in the frame.

We celebrated a wedding there. The food was very good there and the staff was very attentive and nice. The rooms were very well maintained clean and there was plenty of parking.

At first glance we were very positively surprised. Unfortunately, we were disappointed on the 2nd. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired: under the bed was still garbage from the predecessor. (Not just a handkerchief! ) There were several hairs in bed. In addition, there were very suspicious black spots in the shower and the seals of the shower were so broken that one had to be very careful not to cause flooding.

Superb setting, contemporary interior, good food, friendly staff, meeting facilities ok. Slept like a rose.

Very nice, individually and high-quality furnished rooms. There would be no savings on anything. Even towels etc. Absolutely high quality. Breakfast top with lots of choice. The buffets for lunch and dinner are perfectly ok. Nice, helpful but discreet service. Always happy to be back!

Have done a day of space there. Very good. Just a rest room is missing. The employee was very nice and made everything to our satisfaction. We will certainly reinvest a day soon.

Wonderful ambience, super nice staff and excellent selection. We like to come back. However, next time we hope that the air conditioning will be applied in the conservatory. It was way too warm.

We had a Family Event there and it was really fantastic. Great Food and great Service, and still a Wedding party in the Conservatory. It was an all-round successful Evening!

The lunch buffet left much to be desired. (potatoes, sausages, sauerkraut, cream mushrooms) funny composition. That's not a Buffett for me.

On special occasions we always go to Heiner's — because it's just always amazingly delicious! Besides the high-quality menus, which like to pick up and refine familiar, we also convince each time the service. The staff are very friendly, courteous and well trained. Also the price-performance ratio is definitely right here. We like to come back:)

Excellent address in the western Ruhr area. The hotel is new and modern, the rooms are equipped with very good lighting, lighting scenes included. You don't often find something like that. The bathrooms are spacious, not the unspeakable bathroom, which is often found.
The breakfast service is excellent, well above the average. Pastries are fresh from the bakery, and egg dishes are freshly prepared on request. So you start happy and good in the day. For dinner, the restaurant is recommended. The service is attentive, the dishes are carefully prepared, even if you order a simple curry sausage.
Car park in the immediate vicinity. Accessible. Recommendation.

Very elegant hotel with fresh and very rich breakfast. In addition, the hotel is located on a wonderful former federal garden show grounds. Walks are a real treat. This is where industry-technology nature and culture combine.

The choice is manageable, but the quality of the dishes is impeccable.
We ordered the beef burger and the beef fillet and it was very tasty. Good portions and the fillet was very delicate and the side dishes were crisp. The burger was very big and very tasty.

Have ordered some drinks and ended up paying about €80, with the majority (€50) of course budgeted for the meal.

The tea and cocoa was also delicious.

The restaurant, which is attached to the Parkhotel, offers a quiet and harmonious atmosphere with a very friendly service. We have arrived there for a snack with a hot food and dessert + drinks. Overall, it was neat, but not towering. Whether I would more or less forgive a star in relation to this initial review remains open to a subsequent visit. Overall, however, it is a good choice to feel comfortable with friends.

Hotel is generally nice, the rooms are quite luxurious. But the staff had some very different information. Someone said we have to pay for parking someone said it is free.

We ate there after a civil wedding at Heiner. Contact and booking were straightforward. The typical wedding imponderables were ripped by Heiner easily and professionally. The menu was consistently very good, very tasty fish dishes. Thanks also to the very friendly and attentive service.
In short: Everything very well!

Stayed for one night while attending an event near by. Reception staff where very helpful during our stay including helping sorting out some of the gadgets in the room. Room itself was very nice. Large and spacious. It was rather warm in the room on arrival, but the air conditioning soon brought the temperature to a comfortable level. There was a switch for underfloor heating should it be required in cooler weather. Wifi had good signal in the room with decent speeds. Apple docking station built into the bed head with controls for the room lights and TV/radio system. Didnt eat at the hotel, but the bar prices were reasonable. €2, 50 for a beer. Glass door to bathroom was frosted, but with some clear areas meant the privacy for someone on the toilet was compromised if the room door was opened.

Wanted but not skillfully! Just under 2 months, we were on Friday night with 2 people food, which I briefly'd like to share. The open wine was completely stale. It had to be made, until a new bottle was opened. This is not adequate. Main courses: My companion had "heaven and earth" is selected. An absolute disaster! The Apple almost raw, it tasted like a rubber ball, the pudding was lukewarm, the potato dough were-as far as I remember — almost croquettes out of the fryer. I had the Iberico pork loin with potato-mustard-Stomp and cabbage in cream. The pork was well fried. The Kartoffelstampf was entirely too acidic. Sour mashed potatoes is extremely disgusting! The cabbage in cream was too salty and really. The Gravy/sauce was bound with a binder and nachgewürzt (whatever). As Dessert I had a kind of Dessertvariation. The Mousse au chocolat was boring and pampig, a small cake or a piece of tart came out of the microwave, and as far as I remember was the vanilla ice cream also awful. Although we are early in the Restaurant were and after and after only a few guests zustießen, the Service was inattentive and acted with a certain degree of Arrogance. 2x I had to get up from the table and after the Service to look for. The service and the kitchen was very bad, there was only one point was good, and this is definitely too little. The Service was bad, and the wine is only after a complaint is drinkable. The price does not correspond to the offered performance.

Nice ambience we have here in the context of the extra layer, only slightly drunk, with the menu interesting reads. Unfortunately, the staff is arrogant and snooty 'over. In addition, there is one quibble, wine is on the ml just poured. Despite the unfriendly Service, we have the invoice is rounded up, and not even a 'Thank you' belongs. Conclusion: but then again prefer Casino Zollverein.

Were beautiful, often with the family in the Heiners and are completely of the Locally convinced. Not only the food were very tasty, also the premises are perfectly suitable for families with children. So is a games room for children and also the staff is very friendly. In good weather, it offers the beer garden is a pleasant setting to relax in.

A very successful opening. Absolutely nice ambience! Very nice interior, very comfortable! Breakfast buffet: Very good, upscale deal highly recommended. Food: Good average, my tip: Spaghetti with Filetspitzen. There is also a Smoking room.
