They sat there on the terrace and drank something. The view of the Reihn is very nice and you can sit there very well.

We true at the weekend here it was really super nice cordial emfang and it really a really nice short holiday, room also very tired and clean had a super view of the rhine, also the staff in the hotel very before coming and friendly I am already happy if we stay a little longer. Thank you for staying with them in the rheingarten.

Very quiet and pleasant location with perfect views of the Rhine. Also ideal for delicious beers or coffee and cakes.

The hotel looks really creepy from the outside, but it's acceptable from the inside. The view of the canal is good.
Unfortunately, we were woken in the morning by drills and hammer blows. That's not how you imagine a hotel stay.

The hotel has a great location. Many rooms with a view of the Rhine. Good facilities and great atmosphere. Very nice and always helpful staff. Breakfast extensive. Always happy.

Excellent staff very kind very helpful (reception and ofcourse the spanish assistant) the only problem we faced is the refrigerator in the room that didn't work.

Hidden values
What reminds from the outside of building sins of the 70s turns out to be a small butterfly. The balconies are actually walkable. The view of the Rhine is excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are renovated and spacious. The equipment is satisfying. The food tastes good and those who are not satisfied are themselves to blame.
The staff is friendly and competent and helpful.
Star print for the chairs in the meeting room, which are comfortable, breathable is different. Therefore unsuitable for long sitting, seat cushions for this would be nice.

The rooms are big and nice, the breakfast is nice but the shower could be newer. Overall a good experience.

Hotel booked and already paid by credit card. Had everything, booking number, transaction number etc. Arrive there and are welcomed to the question of the rooms with the words: "That has now gone stupid. I'm just a helper, and I don't understand the booking. I can't give you any rooms either. My boss is not reachable, she's probably asleep. "4 star hotel? Hahahaha on the question where near another hotel is: "No idea, I don't know me so well here. " No effort for help. Just said stupidly run and sent away. There is a star for the evaluation still far too high. Madness!

Hotel on the first 3 floors in a high-rise. Is being extended to 6 floors. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Bar and Restaurant available. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Parking spaces directly in front of the hotel entrance.

The first impression of the hotel is, wow what a view!
But that was also the case with the positive aspects.
1. Already on the way to the top notices man here can not vote. In the corridor on the third floor is the escape plan on the ground.
Once in the room, the red light-broken carpet immediately stands out.
The smell in the room says a lot about the hygiene of the hotel.
The bathroom has been the biggest Ekelfaqutor for me. The shower is not cleaned and molded on all rubber seals scharmmhaare in and on the toilet let me run coldly down my back.
2. The restaurant we decided to have some food to go. This should make a quick mistake.
The service was very nice and quite fast:-).
But what she brought us to the table was unfortunately anything but good.
We had 2 schnitzels with fries.
The schnitzels were from the freezer and from the fryer, for 15, €50 not acceptable. The fries were, unfortunately, partly not yet fried!
3.24 hrs. Bar 2:45 am I am extremely thirsty and I am thinking down to drive and get 2 bottles of water.
Thought done. When I arrived downstairs at the bar, unfortunately no staff was seen.
I waited about 10 minutes and then decided to call out the signs, whereupon a completely demotivated employee came out of the kitchen, with headphones in her ears, which she seemingly did not realised out of her ears to communicate with me.

In the restaurant Wiener schnitzel with fried potatoes ordered. Food stalls level. Frozen schnitzel in the Fritöse prepared, fried potatoes so lala and the whole for €17! The only positive, the waitress was friendly and accommodating and took everything good grace back. The one star you have to give goes to the operation otherwise an absolute zero number.

Wonderful location and overlooking the Rhine. Especially at night a great view. Great breakfast and late checkout which is great. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Price Performance Top (but not betrayed otherwise the prices go up;-). From the reception to the room lady all just friendly. Duisburg happy to return to this hotel:-) ) The Landscape park at night is always worth a visit… with this hotel.

I do not know how this hotel got so many stars, shower was hardly accessible due to the door opening in the shower it needed some climbing to get in, the balcony of our room could have done with a new paint job, no toothbrush or toothpaste in the bathroom. An air-conditioning or ceiling fan was none existing and our room got very warm and sticky during the day. Breakfast was good with a wide selection but the warm foods got barley topped up.

The Hotel Rheingarten I liked very much. I could despite an early arrival (around 11 am) my room already. A nice young man gave me everything explained well, was friendly and gave me a pleasant stay desired. A small disadvantage is, that my Luggage is not in the room. My room had a fantastic view of the Rhine — as promised! The Breakfast buffet was very good — but manageable. At the Check out was my bill is already prepared, I was even previously an Interim bill presented to check this! All in all a Hotel, which you are good you can recommend.
