Just loved their interior design and breakfast area.

It was so nice that we booked again right away. But what wasn't so nice was that we had very dirty cups and we didn't use the machine. But otherwise everything was super clean and quite great! You have a hammer concept and we keep coming back! Thank you for the nice time!

Although I have been a regular customer there for a long time, Me was blocked for no real reason. No respect for people, unfriendly and money-hungry.

An Absolute No Go. Breakfast can be eaten in the room, other meals are not allowed. Staff rude, as a Bsp you get as answer `what is your Problem! ` Breakfast costs 12 euros, it is absolutely worth it.

Great room, great service, bar until three in the morning. A special balcony for smoking in the room for non-smokers. It's a quiet place.

Wife and I attended for a concert in Dortmund. There is free parking (limited) as advertised but the hotel is situated in a very very scummy area, and they charge you multiple euros just for a single small cup of coffee and tea, which is a first for a hotel I've stayed in. Usually there's at least one sachet of coffee. They strictly say bringing your own drinks and snacks in is disallowed and generally my wife and I felt unwelcome the entire time we were there. Couldn't wait to leave so left as soon as we woke up. However amenities are modern and clean, everything works as it should and beds are v comfortable.

Tram station is 3 min walking. Room size is good for the double rooms. When it's busy it is also hard to find parking since the available spots of the hotel are not enough. Do not park on the pavement in front of the hotel cause police issues fines. Important! If you go out at the room balcony DO NOT close the door behind you. It is not opening from outside and it quite likely to lock yourself outside. It happens quite often. Breakfast is good with option for omelletes! The hotel has no restaurant but there quite few in walking distance.

Good hotel, friendly personal, good pricing, slept well and booking was done in 2 minutes. Just 3 hours before we arrived for the Pokemon GO Safari Zone event. I can't give any reason that would give this hotel a bad rating. We will come back for some chilling later on.

The Room was clean and big enough place for three. Its good to reach from the Autobahn und the Westphakenpark ist easy to reach. Good service and fair prices.

Friendly welcome … As always. Room size good. Great bed … Small but fine bath. Patio ideal for smokers. Rooms to the parking lot very noisy. Plus guests who have volume discussions at the table in front of the hotel until 3 o 'clock … The staff does not provide peace of mind. Duvet when covered in room with Male up tarnished … At breakfast. Glass with lipstick at the juice bar. Only one coffee machine provides traffic jams. Breakfast offer and quality great. In general, I was not as satisfied as usual on this visit.

Very nice hotel! The room was class! Beds very comfortable. Great ambience and very clean. A star deduction because: You have to pay a deposit of 100 euros on arrival, as a hedge. I can understand that you want to secure yourself, but to lump all the guests together is anything but fine! You don't feel as relaxed as usual as a guest, but restricted, because you have to be afraid that you don't get the deposit again for any small reason!

It's really nice there. I drive a few kilometres more to stay overnight. The only thing that turns out negatively is the sound at the reception. Cordiality is not such a strength! For this, a makeup pot into which one jumps happily every morning to compensate for the unkindness.

Parking spaces are available at the hotel but in a very limited number.
There are also parking spaces in the adjacent streets, but later in the day it is difficult to find one. Straighter as a craftsman with a larger vehicle.

Very good hotel, the tram is about 4-5 min walking distance. The room was clean, the staff friendly, price line, okay. Small drawback the shower looks much bigger on the pictures, nevertheless recommended!

A hotel should by its nature be a place of hospitality — unfortunately this was not the case here! If I offer a bar in which we are admonished directly at the first beer, not to be so noisy, then the hotel should close the bar again. Especially since the statement that the other guests would complain was brought to the hair! We understood each other very well with these other guests.
We had a good breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. MMMH and that you can only check out when the rooms have been checked, I know at most from youth hostel times… My group cannot recommend the hotel to anyone!

Hotel demands deposit — repayment is only done after room control!
I travel a lot for business, but this has not been in Germany yet and certainly not in a 4-star hotel. The hotel requests from its guests a deposit of €200 in cash or on credit card. Upon departure, room service will be charged to control the room. After a positive confirmation, the deposit will be returned again. Only after 5 inconspicuous stays in this hotel, this procedure is discontinued.

A hotel with great rooms good breakfast and nice staff. Good value for the price.

The Hoel is not beautiful. The lobby, which sometimes even has breakfast, is in need of getting used to. The rooms are quite ok. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom very small but functional. Hotel is overall quite quiet. In the morning you can hear the departing guests in the hallways, because they are not covered with carpet, but oddly with laminate. Breakfast is OK.

Nice little hotel but needed to sleep well and have breakfast well.

I didn't like it so much. The hotel is very dark designed and impersonal. Dé input only to reach levels. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. My room was freezing on arrival. No curtains, no pictures. Furthermore it turned out that it was very, very noisy. You hear the activities and the conversations of the room neighbors. The breakfast is okay but not outstanding. 11 Euros I find too much. In the breakfast room which is right next to the reception it was also very cold. Parking is far too small. Hardly any chance of getting one. Conclusion from me, I will not book here anymore.

Stayed here on my way to Hannover. The guy at the reception spoke English well. Very good service and friendly staff. Clean rooms and clean washroom.

Very nice rooms modern furnished. Very nice staff. Breakfast with a wide selection. For that it is located in a residential area, this hotel has everything to offer. As a smoker, you have your own balcony at your disposal. Not understandable why some guests fault the too small bathroom. It's a hotel, not a home of your own. Conclusion: 5 stars more than deserve … TOP Hotel and would book back here anytime.

Clean and quiet hotel in a quiet location. In about 15 minutes you can take the metro in the city centre. The subway runs very high frequency during peak hours. Few parking spaces in front of the hotel, but in the streets of the hotel you will always find something. And what's important to me: There are shutters in the rooms. Point deduction because too little storage space in the form of wardrobes in the rooms.

New and really beautiful, modern rooms. Beds are very comfortable for sleeping. There was a coffee machine with Nescaffe capsules in the rooms. Its very clean. Shower is very big, I loved it.

The rooms are really very nice, large, cozy and very tastefully and there is a balcony class! Not as good as the technology was in the bathroom: The water was bad hot and went in the middle of the shower/hair wash on cold; the ventilation brought my feet to freeze and the mattress … well. The Breakfast was good. A little more selection of teas (i. E. Real tea), and maybe some sausage would have been good :)
I hope it was only in the rehabilitation phase. Otherwise, the Probs in the bathroom would be for me an absolute no go … the bathroom is tiny!

Lovely hotel. We had a basic room which was just right for our one night stay, it was clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location for the city center, with only a short tram ride into the center of Dortmund. Would defiantly book it again.

The Hotel had rooms I would rather expect in a way pricier hotel. The whole staff is not only friendly but welcoming and nice. I want to point out especially the bar guy in the late evening.

Insulation for neighbors sparse. Don't forget the earplugs. Otherwise really nice. Can it only recommend.

Well, it is already a bit older and has been renovated probably since the 80s not. It smells of the old house and the carpets in the hallways are long overdue. Had an approximately 25 sqm room in 5. Floor with a small balcony. Very quiet back to a Park. Simply but practically furnished. A little writing, but clean. Friendly and helpful 24-hour reception. Internet terminal in the hotel lobby. Very good and rich Breakfast buffet. Parking directly at the Hotel. Central Location. In the immediate vicinity are several Restaurants, a supermarket and the S-Bahn connection. For 45 € / night the Hotel is ok.

The whole place is rott, floor, walls, and kitchen are dirty. Bring your Toolbox with the necessary repairs in your room. The decor of the room consists of furniture salvaged from the dump, not existing door stopper to allow the latches of the doors holes in the pappwände to beat.
