Room was clean and functionally furnished. Reception was always busy and friendly. Breakfast was good, matching the pricing. There was free water and tea, around the clock, we thought that was great! Parking was also directly at the hotel. Thank you, it was a good decision to stay here :)

Clean sheets and ok matress. The staff are walking around like they deeply hate working there. The design of the place is colourful creepy. Terrible vibe.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. They are simply equipped, but there is a TV, free Wi-Fi, well-equipped bathroom and you always get free coffee no matter what time of day. The breakfast buffet is fairly simple but delicious and for the price definitely reasonable, recommend the bagel and the normal buns. What I find very good it is dispensed with unnecessary repackaging jam is directly from the glass and you have small glass bowls wherein you can refill them. The smoking areas are in front of the hotel and there are ashtrays right next to the entrances.

For the price of 99 €/night for 4 people in a family room (2 × Double room) unbeatable.
Rooms nice and well furnished. Bathroom modern and impeccable.
Breakfast had everything to a good and balanced breakfast.
Smoothies, fresh buns, sausages, Guken and tomatoes etc. Cornflakes, Nutella them.
Free parking was plentiful on site.
Staff were nice.
A positive remark is that the room could be free of charge until 6pm on the workday.
Negative: Yet again we got awake at night due to indefinable noises.
Beds were rather harsh.

Nice, clean, very friendly staff. One star off due to no fridge and no coffee makers in the rooms, which is not the hotels, but the "ideologie's" fault. Those are basics everywhere and should not be missed.

Staff is very accommodating, the rooms clean and the location quite quiet.

The rooms are located in the Ibis Styles design kunterbunt. The hotel and rooms are immaculately maintained. There is a three available computer space with printer in the lobby area. The Wi-Fi was good enough to stream movies in the evening, which is not a matter of course in hotels. Breakfast was good, especially worth mentioning are the bagels with suggestions for occupancy + Bagelgrill.

The hotel makes a clean and modern impression and the breakfast is nice. The rooms are of good size BUT the beds are terrible and noise travels excessively throughout the hotel so much so that you can hear next door's exact wording. 2 stars because of the awful beds. Would I book again? No!

Good price for money, Nice for little kiddies ad it colourful and little play area. No entertainment available, corridors and open spaces in the floors can be cleaned in a better way.

Very nice children friendly Hotel. The small play area is super, extra Breakfast buffet for kids — very good selection of Breakfast (you are allowed up to 11am for Breakfast). The rooms are clean and the bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. To the city centre, it is also not far, Parking is free of charge. Price performance ratio was right. We will come back.

A fair price of 249 Euro per room request and then it is not even warm water. Absolute Impudence!

Great color scheme. All 7 rooms were perfect for our event. After 1km walk right in the Centre. Very friendly 24 h reception. Breakfast comes out tomorrow.

Bad experience! The hotel looks like a kindergarten with it's primary color decor and bullseye decorations on the walls. The tiny sink is sized for a toddler. There is nowhere to put your bags and most importantly there is NO AIR CONDITIONING! It's an oven in our room! There is one key (an actual archaic old style key) — ONLY one per room and if you are traveling as a couple or family and plan on doing different activities, you have to literally hand your key in at reception prior to departing the hotel or your significant other will not have access into the room! Completely ridiculous! We had to go to an Obi store and buy an electric fan just to be able to sleep comfortably in our room — all for the price of around $260 per night. Completely unacceptable and undeserved. This is a budget hotel at BEST! I would not come back and would recommend against staying here!

Location wise the hotel is in a very quiet place, but if you need the crowed is just 20 minutes walk, in the centre of Neuss. The breakfast choice is not really wide but what they have is good quality. The hotel has free parking next to the building. The rooms are clean enough but not very modern.

The rooms are very nice, therefore bad and with interruptions to sleep also. The beds are very uncomfortable and have a plastic-like mattress protection that makes strange noises when you move. The bathroom sink is very, very small. Face wash was not possible without it flooding the half bath. Otherwise, there is the bathroom fine. The Lady at the reception was rather unfriendly, breakfast was it satisfactory. All in all far too expensive for much to poor sleep. What a pity.

Without words, €100 for a flophouse. Naughty!

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and it has all the usual modem amenities. The bed is a little short, however.

Overall good value for money. Clean and fresh interior. Free breakfast and internet. Very small room size — just a bed and half meter around.

Cheap and cosy. You may ride a bike for €2/hour.
