Reception are extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are fantastic, this is a must stay hotel if your in this area. Breakfast and lunch wonderful 5 * in my books. It's was going great then they packet up my room and put my clothes in bags as they didn't look at their computer. I was made to look terrible and they intended to throw me out in the street. I had to show them my booking. Never had this happen ever and I travel around the world working. I have just stayed again last week and at least they never tried to throw me out, but BMW were there, they were doing there car things outside the main reception area. You couldn't walk out as they were teaching right out side instead of some grass area away from the enterence. You had to barge past to get a taxi. Plus some of them loved shouting outside after a few beers. So no it's not great.

When I arrived reception were very helpful, the room was nice and clean. However the longer I stayed I noticed that the air con was poor and the room was hot. I opened the window, big mistake as the room filled up with mosquitoes by the hundreds. On my last day, I had book the room and went to work, on my return the Manager had packed my clothes and valuables into plastic bags. On my arrival he told me that I could not stay as I hadn’t book my room. Not very pleasant chap at all. I showed him my reservation and then started to back track. Personally I wont go back there, its rated as a 4 star, no its not. Very bad experience, they are happy to take your money but are not friendly towards myself.

All in all totally ok!

Beautiful complex and lobby. Breakfast was great and staff mega friendly! However, the rooms were spacious but already a bit out of date and I found parking far too expensive with 10€/night.

Just take your attention to your valuables.
When I left, I forgot my GHD brand straightening iron and called directly that they put it away when it is found.
Reportedly, no one saw it. All clear, no thanks.

I was a guest at a day seminar at the Mercure Hotel. A beautiful hotel, very well maintained and clean outdoor area. The entrance area and reception look very inviting. Our seminar room was beautiful large and bright. The coffee offer with cake was very appealing. The aged soup and buns were also very appetizing. The hotel can recommend it to anyone.

Very good transport connections. We went to several day seminars there. The food between the breaks was absolutely excellent. The lunch was OK but not a highlight.
Unfortunately it was not possible to repair the air conditioning or to get another room, which made the stay quite tiring.
A great pity is the new barrier system to keep guests away from a stay. In addition, you should pay the pre-paid seminar fees including overnight stay, another €10 parking fee per day. This would have been possible for guests to regulate differently.

The Mercure hotel is in a neat and clean condition. The food is really recommended and the staff are very friendly.

As a whole, I don't really have much to say. Because there are no more words for this. Location, kitchen, food… is not interesting for the Mercure as far as the rating is concerned. (which should not be negatively evaluated now) The staff, I have not experienced anything like this yet and I am traveling in many hotels. But, I don't want to name any names, but I feel comfortable in this hotel. Like at home… I haven't experienced that yet. Hotel is very good. With the window open you can hear the highway, but we were there in winter and the Windows swallow the sound very well. Breakfast is also highly recommended and worth the price.

Lovely hotel, spacious room, fantastic price. Had a wonderful night's sleep.

The service was great, the rooms very clean, a rich breakfast buffet and the staff extremely friendly.

Often used conference hotel, but only for day training. The location is excellent. Very nice staff in service. Clean and atmosphere top. Meeting rooms too tightly seated at too small tables, not sufficiently ventilated. Snacks in the breaks… Drinks everything OK. To eat, after it was actually good last year, there were also times a worse phase… Today an absolute no go. This is not an individual opinion. It's too cold. Quite bad the fish in what should be white wine sauce. Dry turkey in almost cold sweet chemical sauce… nix with Chilli. Non-matching fade enlayers. E. G. Very cold fried vegetables. Very very unfortunate.

Even the short training stay was very pleasant. The food and the short contacts with the service were very nice!

No complaints. Perfect! I loved the honey at breakfast.

Great breakfast, spacious rooms, duvets and pillows! Very cozy! Tassimo coffee machines, sauna and nice staff. Environment is industrial area but offers everything against hunger and thirst.

Very good connection to the road network, with free parking. Clean, spacious room. Breakfast good and adequate. During the event there were plenty of buns and drinks.

All right. The location on the highway may be central, it's not pretty.

It's very good but simple hotel. Location is very near to autobahn.

The Buffet was nice. Really clean.

I was invited to a training course there, so I can only talk about the spaces there.
The training rooms are very large and nicely decorated. There too, the whole ambience makes a very harmonious impression.
The buffet will be probably not the same as for other guests, but also here was ensured that has one always hot food and always enough drinks.
Itself beautifully everything. I would come to training again and again.

Room and service were great, but unfortunately booking went wrong when he what so breakfast not with (on my booking confirmation is on it) was busy and the breakfast was too expensive — especially for a rather small buffet —.

Good hotel, rooms are big and bed is comfortable. Hotel restaurant is nice and tasty, service is good and friendly.

The hotel was very close to the airport. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. We had an early flight and asked for a taxi for 5am. We came down at 4:55 am and the taxi was already there waiting.

Easy to book, check in and out and convenient. Everything I needed for a one night stay.

The room was poorly insulated against the noise of the highway. Room and hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Towels, coffee, water, soap etc Not for two people. Otherwise, okay.

A fine place to stay along the Autobahn. Rooms and premises are very clean and crisp and price is reasonable. Staff was very tolerant of my poor German.
