Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Good access to public transport. 10 minutes walk to the Old Market.
If it looks a bit rustic at some, it could well tolerate more modern flair.

Unfortunately disappointed again! Staff is really very nice, but it doesn't make the noise of the street or the rattling of the climate good again! No way to sit outside and the TV flickers! (Business trip)

We have stayed her many times with our dog, as some of our family live near here. Lovely rooms and friendly staff. Would be better if breakfast was included in the price.

Good hotel. Large rooms, great breakfast. Great location x work commitments. Bar at the small reception. I also thought about a higher level but it's still good. Not big parking, I found place inside.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great Frühstücksbüffee. Despite the closeness of the road you can hear almost nothing at closed windows. A slight noise which is not really disturbing. Rooms are absolutely adequate and clean. Beds very comfortable and not well located and depending on your wishes there are also different pillows available.

Mönchengladbach Germany is a fairly good sized town and this Best Western Crown Hotel is one of the nicer hotels there. It was relatively close to a very large Mintos Mall which made shopping and sightseeing very easy. Several very good restaurants, but you’ll end up walking several blocks either uphill or downhill, to get to them. They have several taxi, city-car, and mini-car ways to get around town. Overall experience with this Best Western is VERY GOOD.

Light switch illogical. No socket on the bed. The shower head is highly scaled. Otherwise clean.

Good room and hotel. All very clean and tidy, comfortable spacious facilities. Only flushing was slightly damaged.

Full hotel, I am always on business here. Typical business hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly welcome. Interesting for smokers, there are smoking rooms that are also in good condition.

It's very clean. Very soft pillows Though you can order another one. Good breakfast. Asking for a card at the front desk you can go to the Dorint Spa. The Nordic is very small. I don't understand you putting single nordics in big beds. There is a hot/cold pump so you can leave the room temperature to your liking.

Nice place personal friendly rooms quiet and clean a full breakfast restaurant very well I had a good stay.

An hour was late, because there was a traffic jam after the other on our barely 800km track. We called an hour before checkin and said we wouldn't make it in time. We were told it fits and would not change anything. When we arrived we were told that we could only stay one Amstatt two nights because we were too late and did not deposit with a credit card. When I asked what this was and we would have called, we were told that it was so standard if you Ohme credit card. They wanted to give us a room the next day which would have cost €50 more. Room itself was fine.

I've stayed at 4 other hotels while in Germany. This is by far the best! I stayed at another local hotel just up the road, but I like this one better. There isn't anything wrong with the other one, but my preference is the Best Western. I wish I found this hotel sooner. Parking is free out front, but you can park in the garage for 2 Euros a day. The bar is lively after dark. The people are very nice, the staff is excellent! There is some food choices available in close proximity. I like the Istanbul Grill right across the street. I might suggest the Döner Teller. Also, about a 10 minute walk (uphill) you will be at the city center. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. Of course there is beer. ;-) There is a mall about a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are really nice. My only complaint is that the shower is a little small. Only because I am almost 2 meters tall, so moving around in there is difficult. There is a small refrigerator in the room. It is stocked with some drinks for a good price and there is a little room for your own if you wish. Breakfast is very good. A requirement of mine is eggs and bacon and they have plenty of both. LOL There is also a great fruit selection as well if you're into that kind of thing. There is laundry service available. Prices vary on the items. Just talk with the front desk. They are super nice and helpful. The Wi-Fi is excellent and free. I'm able to stream any program I want without too many interruptions.

Stayed here for 3 nights, I think it's more a business hotel than for tourists like us but nevertheless it was spotlessly clean, modern, breakfasts good choice and dinner was lovely. 10 min walk to the centre. Not much to do in Monchengladbach except shopping (which is great! ) but for food, Mikes bistro on the edge of Gero Park is amazing, 5 min walk from hotel.

The room was nice, but they weren't hygenic enough, for example the bathroom was verdient untidy when we came there.

Good basic hotel with no thrills. It js also within reasonable distance of Moenchengladbach town centre.

Stayed one night to watch a football game. Really friendly staff. We had a problem with our electronic key card and they helped us immediately. Everything was nice and clean. Great breakfast. Would defenitly recommend it.

The rooms are large, air conditioned and clean. Unfortunately, not very modern, but it's all in shot! There is free parking and a water's House. So the service is taken seriously here yet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is OK and it has a decent selection. I can not rate the restaurant. I am fully satisfied and if I must again after Gladbach, I will stay here again. Unfortunately I'm here missing a sauna.

We were mounting in Mönchengladbach and had to pay the average night € 180 per. I find it really rip off if you can book a week later the same room for €90 per night. Also, the rooms were not clean, bathroom very small and defective air conditioning! When the window is tilted not just quietly on a main road. I would recommend it!

I'm staying in now very regularly in Mönchengladbach and I'm finally here at the Best Western Hotel super satisfied. The staff are MEGA friendly and very accommodating. The Breakfast buffet is rich, and class, the rooms still look pretty new and are MEGA clean. At the Bar it was when Sky sports look quite full, but the Nightaudit is really cool, many greetings to the spot :-) Absolutely recommendable Hotel, since the other cut a slice of.
