Was business 3 nights in the fair Hotel Mönchengladbach. No secure luggage storage in case of early arrival (baggage is directly behind the front door). The hotel has a small staircase, around which the breakfast room and the rooms are arranged. The rooms are all identical and pleasantly furnished. A disadvantage of the beautiful laminate floor: Beds are very easy to move so that it pushes forward his bed when you lean on the wall TV watching. Continues to mention the very nice construction: a sensitive people can be disturbed by the adjoining room, on the other hand are anything but quiet rooms to the front through the nearby bus station.

The staff was mostly friendly, only the male staff, who took over the reception in the evening hours, was unmotivated and not very interested in the needs of the guests. Instead, he was busy checking out movies/videos on his computer.
Therefore was not complied with after an early breakfast also my desire. It was said that the breakfast lady would only begin at 6:00. I then cancelled the breakfast for the day, had to realize but then surprised that the breakfast was finished but already at 5:15 in the morning. It could have gone better!
