Rooms were not cleaned properly and at the reception we were asked if we had "stolen" something from the minibar. How nice the first lady at the reception didn't give us a smile when we wanted to check in. Makes everything a great impression people. ♀️ never.

Very clean, friendly staff, great restaurant!

Really unpleasant stay. They claim it has air conditioning but that is not correct. It does not have air conditioning that can cool the rooms or the building. 34° outside and just as warm indoorsthe entire stay. We spoke with other guests who all had the same problem. We had to sleep with the doors open and got bitten all over by bugs. Really ruined our trip.

I had my seminar here. The hotel is in a very nice corner and very quiet. Always happy. Would also go there to switch off, as there is a very nice lake nearby.

Very nice hotel, clean and with good service. Two small minus: lack of air conditioning (30°C outside) or was broken (room 204) and I had to open windows (mosquitos) 2nd I suggest to think how to improve situation with the bath. Is high and for older people could be difficult to get in and get out (slip risk) — add non-slip mat? Window view room 204 on attached picture ;) the hot roof not help to decrease room temperature…

Really love staying at this hotel, clean large rooms. Quiet environment and delicious breakfast, with friendly staff. The kids always ask us to stay here when we visit Krefeld, we tried other hotels, this 1 is best so far.

Nice hotel and incredibly nice staff! Wanted to rent bikes in the evening for a short round around the lake and were afraid it would be too late. But the lady at the reception was very helpful and in no time we were able to leave. The food was sensational and also suitable for vegetarians. The rooms are spacious and have a "balcony". This is unfortunately not separated from the other rooms but still quite nice. The furnishing of the rooms was not so my taste and also looks a bit older, but the bathroom is nicely made again. Generally recommended, especially for corporate events or similar.

Beautiful hotel, quiet location good sized rooms. Excellent in-hotel bar area and restaurant.

Rooms are good and big. Environment is calm. Have a nice place to have coffee. For Muslims, halal food is a concern. In that case they can try salmon fish with scrambled egg menu or other vegetarian items they offer in the bar which remains open till 12 am.

It is a good place and very clean. The staff is very accomodating. The location is good.

Decent hotel for having a conference or a bigger meeting. It is not new but well maintained. Reception had a difficulty handling bigger group at a check in. Also payment and check out was difficult due to very slow process. Because of this it was not possible to get an invoice directly but sent to mail.

Hotel rooms, hotel and service as well as meeting facilities perfect if not the smack of missing $200 from your own in-room wallet would be. In a still closed pocket, i. E. Either the service technician (necessary toilet repair) or the cleaning staff has very long fingers. It's a pity that my company is also thinking about it. So please for valuables. Money and car keys must be used in the room safe!

Nice business oriented hotel with good food and bar. 1/2 hour drive from Dusseldorf Germany.

A wonderfully situated building with an old stock of trees, green areas and a wide range of products, which I will definitely go into. The staff is very very friendly, designed the stay very pleasant and is very attentive. The meeting room was lovingly covered, modern design and airy spacious, despite many people. Thanks to the great staff and board members of E. On for a great time in English and German… Conclusion: I'll be back ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺

The Hotel is OK, the food is very good, as well as the complete staff are very friendly! The bathroom is in need of renovation. The Garage is good and cheap. Strangely, the air in the Hotel is not as optimal and the corresponding continuously warm. = Price-To-Performance Ratio Is Okay.

Breakfast good to very good and lunch good. Between coffee and cakes. Well suited as a conference hotel. Room spacious, bathroom but not so nice.
All in all OK.

Very good Tagubgshotel with innovative and creative equipment. Combination with cooking event absolutely recommended. Well equipped for meetings and workshops.

Not bad for families with children, however, the rooms have come to old age. 4 stars are regularly to me for this hotel. Food and drinks are more expensive than any 4 star hotel I've been to.

Perfect… except the size of the parking spaces. When you arrive in Mercedes you will regret the Twingo.

Great hotel, clean, beautiful, decorated in style, comfortable, everything is there! Friendly staff who always respond to all your requests. The rooms are spacious and clean.

I regularly attend seminars at this hotel and are always looking forward to a umbekümmerten visit. The arrival and departure is always straightforward. The rooms are clean and tidy, even those directly at the foyer or Above the entrance are quiet. The Food á la carte is excellent, but also the buffet/menu at the meeting is very good. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open! The seminar rooms are beautiful, the new rooms in the basement are a tecchnische sensation:) I like the fact that it was really specialised at the conference. Well-equipped seminar rooms, in front of the rooms there are creative possibilities and space for individual work.
The coffee breaks are plentiful, with tea, sweet pastries and hearty particles. In winter there is also punch. Those who meet here will not only learn about the seminar, but also 2 kg on their hips with:)
The hotel is also able to cook lactose — and gluten-free, abdr here the point deduction: During the coffee breaks the soy milk is always empty and in the restaurant one gets a day a nice Cappucchino with soy milk served and the next day tells that this is not possible… Also, the vegan should be served at the table Riccota, with such issues the service staff must be a little more attentive.

Very friendly service. Nice room. Very good food (in the evening) with very attentive and friendly service.
We stayed here as a pure walk — station on the way to the holiday, and were surprised at how well we felt. Happy to be back!

Nothing special, typical conference type location in the middle of know where, the reception staff are not the best and the rooms are basic. Not much choice of food on the menu, although the quality is good.

Always fits. Quite good staff even though with some exceptions. Rooms are large and well equipped. Unfortunately the bathroom is a bit small, but you can live with it. Breakfast is very good.

Very nice, secluded hotel. Located in a Golf course, with a lot of trees around it. Very friendly staff and excellent rooms for an affordable price.

Were to Unternehmensweihnachtsfeier there. The food was Ok. It was missing but staff. Two drinks in three hours — thumbs down.

Very good. Location idyllic. Service, food and room facilities excellent. Some of the rooms but too loud due to location to the Atrium. And in the bathroom is a tub with a high entry. For seminars, there are several rooms. Unfortunately, all acoustically disadvantageous set up. Too much reverb reduces the intelligibility of speech is enormous.

— — — rude staff at the front desk, cold and impersonal +++ food in the restaurant is good but nothing special — — — had to quiet room asked, knew itself is not the location of the rooms, the room was, of course, will not be quiet +++ good Breakfast.

Even at my goods in 2 days only Cold showers announced… More has anyone had drinks on my room and just signed. After a long back and forth, half of the drinks in the evening reimbursed All in one a No GO.

Totaly unmotivated staff and out of stock drinks was the result of a conference in the novotel Krefeld. At 9pm no "Hefeweizen" and after 10pm was no Coke Cola was aviable. Service was only from trainees, not motivated. 45 min for delivering of a MaiThai Cocktail. Ashtrays after big discussion. And the director Mr. Walter Sosul wasn't responsive to our complaint. No Crush Ice for the orderd Caipirinha. Only the quality of the food was excellent. But the prices always to high. The result should be. Avoid Novotel Krefeld.
