Nice hotel, unfortunately the value for money doesn't quite fit in my view. Nevertheless five stars just because of the cleanliness.

Good hotel. Nice food. Big trees. But no air condition in room number x03 and x04. I could not find air condition in my room.

Really nice hotel, excellent service and really nice food. Ideally situated near the centre of krefeld for access to bars, shopping etc.

This is a good hotel for a short stay. It looks as though it was built in the 70s. Comfortable rooms, although not air conditioned. Large tilt and turn windows provide good ventilation. Good buffet breakfast and ample car parking (which is a chargeable extra. Good location close to the motorway and to Krefeld town centre (accessible by trams that run outside the hotel). This was our 4th short stay at the Parkhotel and it met our needs adequately. One final note, the Wi-Fi login procedure is a nightmare and you have to repeat logging in each time you return to access the Internet.

The hotel appears in new splendor everything will and has been changed. The lobby, the restaurant and even the corridors have been cancelled. All employees are very friendly and helpful.

Centrally located, dignified, but could be modernized in some places.
Restaurant is good but not cheap. There are many good restaurants in the area which are within walking distance, such as The Las Tapas which is highly recommended. Parking is available directly at the hotel, but is subject to charges. The bar is quite well sorted. The breakfast was very good.

Stayed here a few times on business, a lovely hotel with friendly staff and well kept rooms. Reception check out can be a little long winded though.

Unfortunately in the years come and quite unfashionable. The plaster soon comes down the ceiling, in the swimming pool the joints are black… However, everything is clean. It should be renovated urgently. The staff is top. The food was only lukewarm but tasty. Great breakfast. I had eone quiet night!

The hotel is old, but comfortable and pleasant. The staff are friendly and well trained, the food is good, and the rooms are exactly as to be expected from a mid-range budget chain like Mercure. The facilities are good — the pool is a welcome bonus in comparison to other Mercures.

Creinvelt meeting in a sold-out hall. Staff also selected at midnight friendly. Every time I get there, I get the feeling that people like to work there. And that's a good feeling.

Wanted to book, but after the promised call-back after an hour has not arrived, we have now taken another hotel. There was no telling whether a room was free… and then something. Very bad style! : (

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. There is a stylish atmosphere. The service is very good and demanding. Overall a good impression of the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Large parking (€10 per day), good breakfast, for €18 but also paid properly. Rooms could be refurbished. Quiet, good mattresses.

Great room, well equipped. Beds are comfortable, even under different pillow qualities you can choose. Negative: Our room in the main house has a connecting door and is very noisy. The conversations from the next room are completely audible. Lots of parking spaces available, very quiet location.

Nice room International Breakfast.

Nicely located on a small park a bit back from the street you can stay here well. I always choose it when I go to this town privately. This happens every few years, always to the former meetings of my old school.
The building, formerly in Krefeld the epitome of luxury has been on the hump for several decades, but is well maintained and prices have now also become cheaper.

A Vera comfortable and charming place. The personell is very nice. And the catering well organized.

I would have given them 4* becsuse the food was great, but service was extremely slow.

This is a 4 stars hotel? Old fashion rooms, old carpet, small bathroom, in the morning noise from the bathroom ceiling. The lamp doesn't work because the cable is cutted off from the socket. Small blanket, it doesn't even cover the full bed… Small 1 thin towel for the shower. Room 129€ +18€ breakfast + 2.8€ for a water bottle (any included in this room fare)

Good hotel in Krefeld with good breakfast and good food options. Situated in a calm and serene location and well connected. Shopping areas are nearby.

Nice hotel. Rooms are a little bit out dated, but the bed is good and the service is great. There is a garden, swimming pool and biergarten.
